My family of four enjoyed three lovely nights here. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Centrally located, excellent breakfasts, lovely touches including evening drinks in the living room and chocolates on our bed, and really comfortable rooms and beds. The staff is wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Highly recommend this hotel!
Wonderful little boutique hotel in a great CT location. Away from the tourist hub of the Waterfront and next to the vibrant Kloof Street, yet once inside an oasis of calm and tranquility. There are only 15 rooms, it really feels like home, wonderfully quiet, super comfy beds, great food and the best service. Highly recommended
A wonderful place!
From the moment our taxi arrived at the hotel we were well looked after. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Very well located with plenty of restaurants on nearby Kloof Street and only a short taxi ride away from the waterfront, beaches and other amenities. The breakfasts were amazing with a huge choice of cold items from fruit and yoghurt through to pastries and meats. Good coffee and selection of teas. A small cooked menu but perfect to set one up for the day. During the day there’s always a juice/cordial available with cake. In the evening a small honesty bar operates in the lounge with bar snacks set out. The rooms are well appointed: ours had a small balcony at the front of the hotel, a really good size room in which to relax. Lovely bathroom with good sized shower. We’d very much recommend a stay here!
Wonderful time there. We truly lives our Time there and I would recommence the hotel to anyone. Service is spotless and the colonial architecture gives a lot of charm to this place. Plus, it is very well located
Wow wow wow!
Amazing hotel in a fantastic location to explore Cape Town. Kloof Street feels more local rather than staying in the tourist hotspot of the Waterfront. The staff were amazing, especially Yannick. Breakfasts stunning. Fantastic ideas for our week long trip, making sure that we had an activity to do each day. Simply a perfect hotel. Highlights for us were; Babel restaurant at Babylonstoren along with its gardens; Black Sheep on Kloof Street; walking around Cape Town and on to the Waterfront; Llandudno beach; Cape Point and the Baboons.
