Big Sky Piste Map

Over 4,000ft of vertical and access to more than 5,500 acres of magnificent Montana terrain makes Big Sky the largest single ski area in the USA.

Big Sky’s own three peaks have 3,800 acres of fast and loose mountain fun. Moonlight Basin adds a further 2,000 acres to the mix. The Lone Peak Tram rises to the craggy summit of Lone Mountain - at 11,166 feet this landmark towers over the surrounding wilderness. From here you can look out over Yellowstone National Park, or even to the stunning Grand Teton Range over 80 miles away - home to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Big Sky offers world-class challenges no matter what your skill level, and claims to have almost twice as many acres as skiers. Once you’ve been, you’ll find it hard to argue. Big Sky is not crowded with eating and drinking dens but what there is, is very high quality. All with the added attraction that you never have far to totter home when it all suddenly catches up with you.
