SHN became Relaxation time...
I stayed here to served 14 days SHN upon my arrival in Singapore. I had a good view from my room and I was accommodated on the highest floor that the hotel has. Everything was great, the staff was very accommodating and they constantly checking my well being especially Mazlina (guest relations manager). I had a very calming time staying here. Thank you for making my SHN stay very comfortable.
SHN STAY AT OASIA HOTEL NOVENA
I was designated to stay at Oasia Hotel Novena for 14days to serve my SHN. Overall GOOD experience, especially the hotel staff. Had to call up reception for numerous time, to suit up myself in this room, especially for food. Attended by a receptionist who identified herself as Yugashni, was very helpful from the moment I started my stay. It's not only to engage into conversation in a very polite manner but also call back to follow-up with all my requests. I can be a very nagging person, but I'm really adequate with her attitude of listening to my requests or feedbacks and responded professionally. Also another unknown male receptionist who attended to my feedback on my food, responsibly requested the chef to prepare another one and follow-up with the preparation. An IT personnel who assisted in my WiFi issue for the first 2-3days, who keeping tab on my experience throughout the restoration process until I'm convinced. Overall EXCELLENT customer service from all. Thank you
Rude staff and reception
Had to stay here due to SHN, one of the rudest staff ever. Food arrived via grabfood but 30mins they dont deliver up. Called the reception to ask where is my food she replies "otw soon ok bye" and hangs up on you.

Complementary to Hotel staff
Dear Oasia Hotel Management team, I recently stay at Oasia Novena. My experience was extrelmly positive(service). I really appreciate the treatment. It is rare now-a-days to find a company that really takes care in their customer service; however takes great care. In particular I would like to mention a member of your team called Mr.Siva (duty Manager) who really went out of his way to help to arrangement of best room accommodation accordingly..
