Very nice hotel
The hotel room is very clean. Also, it has appliances that you will definitely need during your stay. Towels and bed linens are change regularly. The staffs are accommodating and promptly answer my inquiries.
Not a good ASQ
- Wifi intermittent and slow - LAN connection is slow - most of the time meals were not serve warm - food wise not tasty - delivery have send to the hotel, took them at least 15min to bring up to your room - swab test plan at 9am, delay until 2pm. Blaming on technical issue and later then found out is the staff late
I was sent by government to this Oasia Novena Hotel in April 2021. The room is cosy and clean. I like the most throughout 14days of quarantine were the love and helpful staff who provided all my needs. I will invite my friends to stay in this hotel. Keep it up, Oasia Novena Hotel.
Top Notch Service!
My mother has just checked out of Oasia Novena after spending 14 days under Stay Home Notice. I am writing not only on her behalf but also as her daughter who dealt with the quality service that I received from the Oasia staff when delivering food, sorting out her room requests, and check-out experience at the driveway. Due to a miscommunication on the Singapore Tourism Board’s side, my mother was assigned to a handicap-room even though she did not request for it. Although the room’s features were great for a handicap guest, this was not the care for my mother who was going to be staying in the room for 14 days. With the help of Jeron (Senior Duty Manager), Brandon (Front Office Manager) and Kenny (Hotel Manager), my mother was room moved to standard room with a standard bathroom layout. Not only was the problem was solved quickly, but it was done so professionally with their courtesy calls on a daily basis. My mother and I were absolutely grateful for the efforts they went through to sort this out and make her stay as comfortable as possible. I must commend the Front of House team for always helping me to send food and supplies up to my mother’s room whenever I visited. I can imagine how challenging it must be for them to operate on scarce manpower and running up and down to accommodate to all their guests’ needs and it was wonderful to know that nothing was ever too much for them. My mother was well taken care of by Kak Siti from Housekeeping who made these amazing paper flowers for my mother (along with a handwritten note to cheer her up). She even noticed that my mother’s birthday was coming soon (just in time for Mother’s Day too!) and she handmade a personalised keychain for her. This was a memorable highlight for my mother who was feeling lonely in her room. Although my mother could not see her face-to-face to thank her personally, she could only rave about them to me via videocalls. She is an absolute gem for looking after my mother on my behalf. Anatan from Bell Desk was also another star performer who helped my mother with her luggage on the day of departure. My brother and I have accidentally sent her too much snacks/drinks over the past few days and it was too much for her to carry down by herself, but he offered his assistance without a second to lose. He made a lasting positive impression of my mother’s Stay Home Notice and still hopes to meet him again one day to personally extend her gratitude. For me personally, I must commend Jeron for being my personal point of contact. He went out of his way countless times to check on my mother’s wellbeing and ensuring she was comfortable. His effort and hard work are truly commendable. It is rare to experience such genuine hospitality of the caliber that Jeron displayed over the past 2 weeks, but my mother and I are the lucky ones to have crossed paths with him during this challenging entry into Singapore. He is an absolute star and stunning ambassador for the Oasia brand. Oasia Novena team, thank you for all that you’ve done!
Wonderful Stay in Oasia
Oasia Novena I served my SHN 14DAYS at this hotel . During check in I felt with Warm Welcome from the Front Desk staff named Yugashini and the others. During the stay Guest service personal taken care very well that make me feel so comfortable that I never experienced before in other Hotels Special thanks to Miss Sumathi who help me to get iPhone charger cable when I need it badly. Really mean full to me. Not forgetting -Iryati,Rossane,Jannah,Chloe,Azzah, Gerald and Sumathi who are very positive with fast respond to come forward to assist . Thank you Hotel room I stayed was so comfortable and luxurious. Next I shall plan my stay cation in the hotel and would like to recommend to my other friends when it opens for stay cation in future.
