Great Golfing Getaway

My wife and I, had a lovely weeks break here to relax and play golf at the local courses. The hotel was stunning, and despite being very quiet, for obvious reasons, had a nice ambience. All of the staff were friendly, efficient and went about their duties with great enthusiasm and humour. Food in the restaurant and at breakfast was excellent. Our stay was definitely worth the 14 day quarantine that we had to endure on our return.

Out dated

For a hotel that has 5 stars the quality of living is not as good as it should be. Public areas like lobby, restaurant and pool is great but the rooms are out dated. Furnitures are more then 15 years old. And our room had a weird smell. Hotel get 3/5. I would live to go back to Cascais but not to this hotel.

Loved Every Minute

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel for 5 nights and it was definitely worth the 14 day quarantine that we had to endure on our return. The hotel is in a perfect location close to the beach and centre of Cascais where there are some wonderful restaurants. The hotel is very stylish and well presented and under current circumstances we were very impressed with the hygiene standards that were put in place. Every single member of staff wore a mask even outside. Our bedroom was modern, bright & very spacious with the biggest bed we had ever seen ! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. A special mention to Chris - The Real Experience Manager who was particularly attentive and went out of his way to ensure that everyone was happy. In addition the hotel reception staff were very professional and could not do enough to help & assist us. We can’t wait to return again next year. Love this hotel - A million stars

Nothing was too much trouble

We have just spent an enjoyable week at this hotel. The staff were excellent and the food and facilities were great. It’s in a great location overlooking the sea, a short distance from the interesting sites, bars restaurants in the centre of Cascais. We would recommend it.

Pleasant stay in Cascais

Overall enjoyable visit with small things to improve. Just reopened due to corona situation there were small restart issues with restaurant and room service. Despite of corona we felt safe at all times. Well maintained property in excellent location.
