We had a great stay at the Jen. Hotel is very clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast buffet, I highly recommend you add breakfast to your room. Mark the buffet manager walked around the room making sure all guests were happy. Service is fantastic and special thanks to Jovie, she was very helpful. The only negative about the stay was the bathroom size. A little small and definately for one person at a time. Other than that I highly recommend the Jen Hotel.l I suggest that the hotel should provide air port shuttle, it got a little costly to and from NAIA airport.
I stayed here with my family. The hotel is practicing measures regarding Covid-19 from the entrance, to the reception and to each part of the hotel are visible signs of preventive measures. Reception Kevin is very accommodating upon check in and provided us early check in. Czarina upon checkout was smiling and courteous. The buffet breakfast have various selection. Mark, the Manager, goes to each tables and check on us ensuring diners are satisfied and well with the food and service. He gave my child an apple, the gesture was highly appreciated by my child. He was very dedicated, I met him during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was well lighted and comfy. I have a spa massage in the room. The treatment was ok, the therapist should ask if the hand pressure was acceptable and can offer a scented oil instead of non-smell oil as scent adds relaxation sense. Overall, the stay is worth every cents.. Thanks to the staffs who make our stay Comfortable.
Awesome Manila Bay View
I booked Hotel Jen for our annual conference, booking was very smooth, I can't however use my membership for some weird reason minus points. I was able to check in early with no extra charge so plus points, however I was not able to use the shuttle to the convention for other reasons the front desk is giving another minus points. The security and screening team was very thorough which is good in the advent of COVID19. The room was superb, still looks fresh eventhough that it existed for several decades already. I chose a Club Room with perks at the Club Lounge with good breakfast, great early evening cocktails and superb staffs. I was trying to look for their names but I can find them but they we're very attentive and joyful. Checking out was a breeze it took me less than 10 minutes for check out.
My family and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Jen, staff are very kind and accommodating specially in the breakfast buffet area. We feel so welcome and the food are so good! Big thanks to their Manager Mark, he gives excellent service that makes you feel at home. We’ll visit again.
First Impression - EXCELLENT STAY
My high school best friends and I stayed at Jen's Hotel Manila last February 1 - 2, 2020. It was a double birthday celebration for one of our besties Lui and myself. We were warmly greeted and welcomed by the hotel staff (group of 7). From the front desk, to the room service, maintenance, restaurant staffs, we were very satisfied with the friendly and very accommodating attitudes of everyone at this hotel (not the mention THE FOOD was great). :-) The rooms, sheets, everything is clean. We will be coming back for sure for our next bonding moments.
