Check in was fast with friendly and accommodating Front Office Agent Named KEVIN. The building is evidently old but the service is pretty much in shaped and staff are well trained. I would like to commend Ms. MARY HAZZIE PALIZA, one if the sales Manager who assisted me during my check in late evening. She's well trained in dealing with her client and i even notice she's welcoming every guest arriving at the lobby wearing big Smile on her Faces. Its a huge impact to all guests to feel welcomed and secured. A well service oriented staff. Cleanliness is acceptable. However, the management should invest new shower head, wash Basin and even furniture. Breakfast spreed is great too.
Bad experience from check in to check out
Our very bad experience started directly at check in where we had no explanation about the hotel, the surroundings, the swimming pool area or lounge club that we had access to since we booked a promotion that included a suite. The best part was at the end of the check in when the lady asked us if we could take our suitcases and bags by ourselves. I guess paying 150$ dollars for a room does not include such a service? An employee finally helped us taking our bags to the room. The latter was big but would need a refreshment. The wallpaper is not sticking anymore, not all light bubbles working, and one toilet was not functioning. Even the towels would need a refreshment, not sure if the holes inside are reflecting a four stars hotel. We were even more disappointed when we arrived at the swimming pool. The huge green nest was certainly not what was sold to us on internet pictures. We were glad to see that most of the staff was very friendly, Johann at the lounge on 19th floor helped us find a restaurant and gave us a map of the surroundings of the hotel. She even offered to call a restaurant to book us a table, which the reception refused to do - saying they would charge us for this call. Very logical indeed. Thanks to Arvihn from reception, he was also very helpful by calling someone to fix our toilet and call us a taxi. When booking the hotel, I mentioned our late flight at 10 in the evening and they nicely offered us to stay at the lounge until our transfer was arranged. When we arrived at the lounge, the lady said that we could not stay since we had already check out. I had to find the email saying we could stay there for her to finally believe us. It’s nice to pay so much money to constantly negotiate for what you are supposed to get directly. The buffet at breakfast was good. We raised our concerns to the manger at reception, she apologized to us and offered to contact them. However, our first impression was really bad and we really doubt that an email will change so. It’s a shame because with a refreshment and a better check in, I am sure they could do well.
Stunning sunset views
Awesome stay at Hotel Jen. Our room was super spacious and so very comfortable. We enjoyed the morning breakfast and the afternoon cocktails. Also, if you're sore and tired from touring the in room massage should not be missed.
Excellent service and view!
Cons: Rooms and carpets are dated. The building is old and I cannot see any new or updated furnitures even facilities. Not so nice smell of hallways. Not sufficient amenities in room because im with my wife but the towels and other amenities is just for one person only. Pros: Although checking in is a bit hassle, thanks still to Janine of Front Desk who managed to give our room quickly. It might not been a good impression for me and for my wife without her help because of the long queue. Professional staff in room service named Ann who got our order for dinner. She seems so accomodating and has a very professional way to talk. Great view from the 19th floor restaurant!! Thanks to Ruby for the great accomodation! Though we are not satisfied with the hotel itself, thanks to all the staffs that helped us to be enlighten by the service they gave us! Will be back again and i wish we'll be receiving the same service again! Hope next time we'll see better facilities and better hotel. But all in all, its a great stay for us! Thanks!

Had a great time while staying here, short but sweet. Staff were pleasant, tried their very best to help in any way they can. Breakfast was excellent! My daughter loves the hot chocolate and the donuts! Ms. Ysa who attended our needs and looked after us did a great job and the rest of the breakfast staff in the lobby restaurant. Housekeepers did a thorough job in cleaning and making up room. Beddings and towels were very clean. Beds were comfortable and room was cozy. Hotel is close to Mall of Asia and good nearby restaurants. It is also near the airport and you are not stressed of missing your flight. Toronto Canada Guest.
