The best hotel and staff
Stayed at this hotel 3 days. The hotel is rated by me as a 5 star. Very accommodating staff. Efficient and friendly, yet very professional. Food was very good, amenities great. No shady ladies hanging around outside. All in all,very pleased and will stay here when ever visiting Manila. Thank you to all the terrific staff that made my visit so memorable.
OFW hotel quarantine
The hotel is way to good for staying. The room is quite big and bathtub is awesome. I can see the view of Manila bay through my window. It's so laid back and definitely i will stay in this place in the future and i will recommend it to all my friends would like to stay in Manila side. The crew are all accommodating and so helpful at us welcoming to their hotel. I'm sure they will do the same in normal check inns
Hotel Stay during ECQ (Covid)
We stayed here the day after Government declared ECQ. I am at this hotel for almost a month now, today we will transfer to another hotel, I've been to different hotels since I used to travel a lot. And believe me, situation like this brings out the best and the worst of a hotel management. Will write a full review later.
We had a great stay at the Jen. Hotel is very clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast buffet, I highly recommend you add breakfast to your room. Mark the buffet manager walked around the room making sure all guests were happy. Service is fantastic and special thanks to Jovie, she was very helpful. The only negative about the stay was the bathroom size. A little small and definately for one person at a time. Other than that I highly recommend the Jen Hotel.l I suggest that the hotel should provide air port shuttle, it got a little costly to and from NAIA airport.
I stayed here with my family. The hotel is practicing measures regarding Covid-19 from the entrance, to the reception and to each part of the hotel are visible signs of preventive measures. Reception Kevin is very accommodating upon check in and provided us early check in. Czarina upon checkout was smiling and courteous. The buffet breakfast have various selection. Mark, the Manager, goes to each tables and check on us ensuring diners are satisfied and well with the food and service. He gave my child an apple, the gesture was highly appreciated by my child. He was very dedicated, I met him during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was well lighted and comfy. I have a spa massage in the room. The treatment was ok, the therapist should ask if the hand pressure was acceptable and can offer a scented oil instead of non-smell oil as scent adds relaxation sense. Overall, the stay is worth every cents.. Thanks to the staffs who make our stay Comfortable.
