The Dining Room & Bar serves a breakfast buffet and à la carte lunch and dinner with menus designed around fresh local ingredients and inspired by the tropical flavors of the Amazon region. All meals include a variety of salads and fruits, plus a selection of homemade breads. Vegetarian options and a children's menu are available upon request. Meals are served in the dining room and guests can enjoy a complimentary Pisco Sour at Cocktail Hour.
