Best choice in coromandel

Great weekend 2 night stay at Puka Park Resort in treetop chalet. Celebrating lockdown birthdays. Recommend full breakfast, happy hour drinks fireside, restaurant service top class and chalets charming with floor heated bathroom and beautiful linen. Return visit in the planning.

Mama Mia...!!!!

Where should i begin. The check in was super easy and Hazel was delightful. She even took the liberty to drive us on that little buggy to our room. Our room was amazing, in the middle of the woods. It is like camping in luxury. A great feeling to wake up in the middle of nature. We went to the bar before dinner and had couple of cocktails, AMAZING. Make sure your drinks are made by Harshit. Delightful gentlemen who knows his stuff. The food, oh the food is amazing. We were suggested the seafood platter by Dev and even though i am not a big seafood fan he somehow convinced us and god it is worth dying for. All in all this place and the whole team running it are amazing. I would come back a thousand times. Sorry guys i wish i had more stars to give you, just 5 wont do justice to how great this place is and the service you provide.

Beautiful spot tucked away in the native bush

My husband and I stayed in one of the one bedroom chalets for our 10 year anniversary. We LOVED this spot. Very private, well appointed little chalets. The kitchen facilities were perfect and well thought out, the bed was soft and comfortable, the bathrooms were amazing with really nice toiletries and underfloor heating. This was a huge bonus as it was miserable weather, and we didn't feel up to lots of wet and windy walks. We opted for the Breakfast included in our stay and the breakfast was very nice, the serving staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered room service for dinner in Lieu of eating in the restaurant, and the staff were always very accommodating, considering they had to drive the food up a steep hill, and climb a few stairs to deliver it every time we ordered, just so we could laze around in our chalet. The receptions staff were always super friendly, and helpful. They would go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Over all this was a lovely experience, we would definitely book here again and it is totally worth every penny we paid.

Best place ever!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely concierge, who was a joy to meet everytime. The accommodation was outstanding, very clean, the caretaker took good care of the outside and the daily clean was impeccable. The breakfast was top notch quality and I can't fault anything. Rebecca/Bianca and Abdil? Were lovely everytime they served us good. The general manager also a pleasure! Nilesh was incredible and really was the star of the show. His customer service skills were outstanding and if I was looking for a manager I'd definitely poach him for his suave and way with people. I think the people really made our stay and I truly believe they are all an asset to your company. I'd come back just for the amazing experience we were given by the staff. The outdoor pool was definitely a bonus as it was heated and perfect for both children and us (and it wasn't dependent on winter, which is what we wanted). Thank you thank you thank you. What a treat!!

Little cabins nestled in the trees felt like we were a million miles away from civilization. There are a few steep hills to get to the accommodation but what really made my weekend was we were in the most easily accessible cabin so no hill involved! The staff were such a joy- you could see they took great pride in their work and nothing was too much hassle for them. They all actually went above and beyond what they could to make our stay enjoyable. There was a gentleman who seemed to be running the show with dinner service each night, unfortunately we didn't catch his name but his passion and enthusiasm for what he was doing shone through. He made us feel like special customers each night and it was a delight to see someone who took real pride in everything he did. The food wasn't as high a standard as we expected it to be but they are going through a menu change at the moment and some of the meals were delicious! (the curry especially!) Even though every room was booked out it still felt like we were the only people there. The heated pool and spa were a treat! We were disappointed with the sauna but realised it's because we didn't switch it on! The room was amazing as well. Bed was huge with luxurious pillows and a heat pump. My only real issue was the toilet, there was a frosted glass cubical which was pretty small- lets just say, I'm glad my partner and I are comfortable with each other, otherwise it would have been an awkward weekend! All in all we just had the best weekend and couldn't recommend the place highly enough!
