starting to fall too bits
A nice place, but needs some TLC very soon. Fire hoses on each floor rusted to bits not a nice look. Door hinders rusty inside the room. stair case and carpets need a good clean, smells. Entrance outside a total mess, car park fenced so you cant use it, full of weeds, entrance by car awful. I could go on. Staff great restaurant nice and clean food fantastic. Come out guys sort this out before the building falls apart, walk through open your eyes. Not worth the price to stay. The Management need to have a good walk through by, open you eyes and address the issues.
Summer fun in the Bay of Islands
This was a brilliant location with a stunning view over the bay and across to Waitangi nearby to Paihia’s main shopping precinct and wharf. The rooms were well serviced and comfortable. The restaurant had an awesome value added breakfast menu with the three egg omelette and the eggs Benedict being a particular hit. The coffee was delicious and as an experienced drinker of coffee from many places this is high praise. The dinner menu was also very nice with some exotic flavours especially the slow cooked lamb. The outdoor pools were great for relaxation after a busy day’s sightseeing. We appreciated the route advice when we checked out to avoid holiday traffic from Auckland returning home. Overall a really wonderful stay and hopefully we will be back soon.
Lovely setting and great accommodation
Clean, modern and excellent staff. The room was lovely, just a step away from the pool and spas. Lovely views, great space and comfy bed. Well appointed and lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of the village, ferry terminal and other amenities.
Loved staying with you as usual. Clean, well presented, lovely food, reasonable price. Bed really comfy. Just everything is lovely here, ease of parking car, lovely pool and spa and sauna Thank you and. Thank you
Excellent View of the Bay
We stayed here for 3 nights & were very happy with everything on offer. Well appointed room with great views. We ate in the Glasshouse restaurant once & it was excellent! They'd just added some new dishes on the menu which were very good. The Aubergine Parmigiana starter was delicious & I had the Moroccan Lamb as main, the Frozen Grapes with Dark Chocolate & a Grappa a light delightful surprise to finish off! The pool is looking a little tired & the jets in the Hot Tubs weren't working.
