Second visit to this fab hotel! Another great stay! Food delicious and all staff kind and welcoming! Enchanting and vibrant city! Right in the heart of the Medina yet an oasis of calm inside! The spa is fab; the piano bar and the resident pianist fab!
Really couldn't fault this hotel.
Luxurious and comfortable room. Amazing food. Wonderful staff. Great location. It's everything you want and more. I would love to come back soon. It's not the cheapest hotel But you definitely get what you pay for.
A peaceful oasis in the heart of the old city
This is a fabulous 5 star hotel in a central location just off the hustle & bustle of Djema Al Finaa square & Koutobia mosque yet once you are inside it is a haven of peace & tranquility. The hotel is set out like a large traditional riad, yet has an elegant & old world charm with the most stunning mosaics & decor throughout, including 3 pools & restaurants. The views of the sunset from the rooftop were stunning with the Koutoubia Minaret providing the perfect backdrop We stayed in a spacious & beautifully decorated suite Shona with a fantastic view of the Koutoubia minaret from the garden terrace balcony. Breakfast was simple and plentiful and the staff were always friendly, polite & helpful. Highly recommended & would love to return
Amazing short stay
I've been to morroco 8 times and this hotel was the best hotel so far, the location is brilliant and the interior design is beautiful, very royals and grand. Loved the fresh flowers in the room everyday.
Excellent location and delightful staff
This is ideally placed for access to the Medina (ca. 200 mtrs walk), and it is an oasis of calm compared to what's going on outside. It is in the style of a riad, with two sections joined by a lane which has security staff monitoring it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a spa with a delightful indoor swimming pool (pay to use) along with two outdoor pools, one on the rooftop, the other at ground level in the courtyard. There are three restaurants (Indian - rooftop, Moroccan - ground floor, Le Relais de Paris which is in the second section). There is also an indoor bar which does snacks from 5pm, and a snack bar at lunchtime and a rooftop sky bar. The rooms are spacious, and housekeeping was superb. We booked through BA along with a private transfer (also via BA). Don't bother with the private transfer as it was chaos, and we waited 40 minutes for our ride - we would have been better off using a taxi as they were plentiful.
