Impeccable service & a hellova camel burger
No need to go dromedary on the terrace resto’s eclectic menu; everything is fab. Elite cocktails & eye-opening wine list. Server Ayoub is a genuine pro (and a dead ringer for Ronaldo). Zacharia rocks 2
Beautiful property, central location, great staff
This riad actually connects five smaller riads into a beautiful and full-service property. It's also very central to the main market square within a 15 minute walk. The interiors are maintained based on the original design, with separate courtyards for restaurant, seating areas, and a rooftop terrace and dining area. Thank you to the warm staff who provided great service including Anas from front desk who was very helpful throughout our stay, and Abedella from the restaurant who was very sincere, and Bouhra from housekeeping who was very kind.
Spa and hammam Superb!
You must governo there and try their hammam it Is amazing 5 stars are not enough! It Is a little Bit more exoebsive than other hammam in the city but it is worth it! You can use the swimmingpool then you get washe with soap, they leave you on very hot marble tables and they scrub and massage you. They wash your hair and they put a mask on Your Body. At the End you drink tea! You don the need to worry about anything, they will do everything for you.
Convenient location. Beautifully decorated.
This riad is conveniently located near a main street outside the medina. The room is comfortable, but dark as our room had no outside window. The top deck is nice for a drink, but doesn't have much of a view. The hotel restaurant is just OK. After one dinner we went out to other restaurants. Like most riads, this one doesn't have an elevator that serves all the rooms.
An oasis in the middle of the city
That was an amazing stay. We enjoyed every bit of it - the service, the quality of the room, the nice rooftop bar, the great food at the restaurant... The staff really went out of their way to create a pleasant experience. I don’t think we will come back to Marrakech - a weekend is for sure enough time to experience the city. But if we would, La Sultana would be a first pick for sure.
