Great Hotel & Staff
My husband and I visited this hotel for the weekend due to a detour in our trip. We had a great stay. Valeria checked us in and provided all of my Diamond upgrades. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and since the Executive lounge was not open due to the pandemic, we were given complimentary snacks and drinks at the bar. We also received a wonderful breakfast each morning. Samuel served us during the HHonors cocktail hours and for lunch. All staff members in the breakfast restaurant, at the front desk and concierge were very professional, attentive, pleasant and accommodating. We love our Parkview suite and jacuzzi tub. Internet quality was great so I got a lot of work done. I definitely have a new home whenever I visit Mexico City and I would highly recommend this hotel to family, co-workers and friends.
Stayed here just before lockdown happened, hotel was really nice, executive lounge was really worth paying for, great food, service and views of city. Hotel is well located for all attractions in the city, easy to get taxis to everywhere you wish to go.
Perfect in every way!
From check in to check out our 2 day stay was formidable. Great view, pool, room service and location. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful as was the grand lobby.
Quality Service from All Staff
I am a long time Hilton Honors member and the familiarity with Hilton properties was one of the reasons I choose the Hilton Reforma for a family vacation. All the staff were friendly, warm, patient with my "pocito Espanol", professional and very helpful. The location is ideal. Right across the street is one of the oldest parks in Mexico city. The underground metro stops are a short walk (Hidalgo and Juarez stations). The hotel restaurants are great and were very willing to accommodate a restricted (food sensitivities) diet. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank You Hilton Reforma.
Everything and more!
Just got back from a trip to Mexico City. While the city was fascinating, the best part for me was staying at Hilton Mexico City Reforma, mainly because of the people working there. As a vegan, I found food to be a bit of a challenge in this part of the world. But thanks to Alejandro at the Executive Lounge (and also the chef), he made sure that I had something scrumptious to eat every morning. And I didn't even make him do that - he just noticed that something was off when I was picking at my food. Also special mention goes out to Nayeli (sp?) and Erik at the Concierge desk for their invaluable input on things to do and places to go. It saved me a lot of time!
