Restaurants & bars
Six restaurants and two snack bars offer plenty of choice, without the queues typical of larger resorts. Head to Flavours for local, artisanal fare in a deli-style setting, with a handful of different food stations and an open kitchen where chefs can be seen at work. Pick from piles of seafood on ice, platters of local cheeses and meats, and even an authentic tortillery, as well as sweet options such as baked goods, seasonal fruits and traditional desserts.
Satsu specialises in Asian Fusion cuisine, from made-to-order sushi and sashimi, to traditional Teppanyaki stations and Asian-influenced dishes drawing on wider-reaching flavours. Traditional Mexican cuisine is given a contemporary twist at Agua Bendita, a classic steakhouse mixing the finest cuts of meat with the bold flavours of Mexico (don’t miss the handmade steak tortillas). It’s all about Mediterranean fine dining at Olios, an elegant spot where you can pick from the a la carte menu or sign up for a chef’s table experience.
The vibe is more casual at Vora Mar, an ocean-view restaurant where the smoky scent from the Basque charcoal grill and classic wood-fired oven tantalises diners into ordering catch of the day. Elsewhere, light bites and casual drinks can be found either at the two poolside haunts Vistas and Docks, both with blue-on-blue views and swim-up bars, Mocaccino (great for pastries and coffee) or the Mistral beach bar – the best spot for a sundowner. Other drink options include Moons, a buzzy place for after-dark cocktails and live entertainment, the indoor-outdoor Limes bar, the day-to-night Havens Lounge and Serenity Club Lounge for exclusive guests.
