Awesome experience for our second visit
We had a second visit at Lux Grand Gaube! The place is stunning and the staff is really nice especially Mr Reedoo from the beach service who's really caring: making us feel welcomed and always checking on us whenever he sees us. He also made a beautiful decor on the beach for my wife's birthday the first time and has nice ideas for pictures. Thanks to him, the pic reached more than 2300 likes on Instagram ! Mrs Nadège from the breakfast team is a sweet and caring lady. We loved that some of the spa's amenities are free and spent a nice time there. The food is yummy with a large variety in the buffet and we love the hand made ice creams, the cherry one is so delicious ! The first time there was hand made fresh passion juice which was not available this time but we hope we'll get next time. We enjoy the water activities also. Thank you Lux Grand Gaube ! Wedding of a lifetime
Any of those looking to tie the knot and looking for a place to do it, look no further Lux Grand Gaube has it all! My wife and I were treated like royalty with special mention Mr Reedoo the beach manager who took care of us every single day with every single one of our requests resolved right there and then. He made sure to treat us and every other guest as if we were family. last but not least Mr. Nicolas Cretin the Food and Beverage manager went above and beyond to cater for every single one of our wedding requests from the exact minute we would like to have dinner served to our cakeage inquiries. He made us feel like Rockstar's, supplying us with complimentary bottles of champagne and appetizers to follow. If I could recommend two individuals that are a must to deal with if you have any issues/ queries/ concerns would be these two superhumans. Thanks again team Lux and see you soon
So far, we had 2 staycation at your resort. The first one was in October 2020 and the second one in January 2021. We really had a great time there. During our first stay we had an upgrade to the room 3225 and it was WOW ! It has a wonderful view on Coin de Mire Island. But we were a bit dissapointed during our second stay as we had some really noisy neighbours. What was supposed to be a relaxed trip turn out to be a noisy one. Your staff are very friendly. But among all of them some had our attention. they are below. We were welcomed by this gentleman Mr David. We were lucky enough to have Nidhi who did our check-in both time. She's really nice , attentive, smiling and always here to help. Mrs Sun from the spa captured our attention, her name really suits her . She has the vibes always smiling bright like the sun. We had one of the best burger in Mru at Banyan and Mr Viresh was there to help. This guy was really helpful, we talked, we even had 2 cocktails offered by the chef and it was deliciously delicious. Mrs Shameem whom we met during our first stay, we had a long talked with her , BAAAM during our second stay recognise us. Mr Dhiren always here to help and advice, these are the type of people who'll make sure the your staycation is going perfectly . During our second stay we had dinner at Bodrum blue, we were amazed by all the staffs there. they work miles to make us happy. Some names that we still remember are Vicky and Hassen or Hossen (apologies if is mis-spelling). we wanted to go there again during our third and last nite for dinner but unfortunately it was fully booked. Mr Reedoo who made something really special on the beach for us with flowers etcc... Also, if you are instagram person you should definitely go there, there are tons of spots where you can have amazing photos. Being a professional photographer, I have been there 3-4 times for wedding and honeymoon photoshoot and i dont really see how time goes by really quick because like i said every m2 of this hotel can have beautiful photos. We definitely will meet very very soon for our First Wedding Anniversary. and again we're blindly choosing your Resort as we were really amazed by the Hotel and staffs. HATS OFF TO THE LUX GRAND GAUBE TEAM
It was our very first stay at a Lux Hotel and we chose Lux Grand Gaube for the Chinese New Year and Valentines Day. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jean Christophe, Vishnu and Dhiren from the Palm Court restaurant, chef Navin from Bodrum restaurant and Veemal and Pravesh from Beach Rouge. We had the opportunity to have dinner at 3 different restaurants during the 3 nights we spent there. The food was simply excellent. Keep it up and we will surely return back soon. The staff are very nice, helpful and dedicated. This was our 3rd time and as usual above expectation for the whole week we had spent there. From the beginning till the end nothing to complain about the services provided. The room 3003 was just magnificent which was a beachfront one with a splendid view and always neat and tidy a big thanks to the House keeping Team and especially to Valet Govinden. We had the golden opportunity to taste the delicious food from all the different restaurants and we are very grateful to the F&B team especially to Diksha,Dhiren,Shameem,Prakash,Yassin, Ashvina and to Chef Deepak who are all very nice and highly caring to our needs. Also, we were able to experience an amazed journey at the Bar through the talented Barman Vishnu. Hence a very big thanks to the FO team especially to Logen for all his continuous assistance and the wonderful lady Elena for her continuous involvement which made our stay ''WOW'' Indeed LUX makes us celebrate life and we shall come back again and we highly recommend the hotel.
