Amazing hotel and staff!
We were so impressed with the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff throughout our stay. We came to Jamaica for our wedding anniversary and would highly recommend you stay with Hilton - very clean, covid-safe, amazing facilities and entertainment, 24 hour room service, it was overall first-class service. All the staff were great, Michael who served us at their Luna restaurant was very friendly and welcoming and Chadene made our stay very personal and memorable. Jamaica was a beautiful holiday and commend its citizens for their warm approach. If you're planning to come Jamaica stay at the Hilton!!
Fiancé Dean’s Birthday Trip
This Hotel gets a perfect 10. They’re Super clean. From the welcome sanitizing mats to sanitizing our luggage. Hand sanitizers everywhere. The room was very clean & looked like the pictures. Lots of fun daily activities & entertainment @ nights. The food is absolutely great. The staff is what make this hotel great: Thanks to Peta-Gay(Receptionist), Richard(reservations) Natalie(Concierge) Wilmount(Restaurant Manager) Opal(Server) & our housekeeper Patricia
Safety conscious place
Safety conscious place hand sanitizer everywhere. Staff cleaning services excellent. Dinning rooms were closed due to low occupancy, but Luna dinning room was open on Thursday thru the weekend. Excellent food. Main Pool seemed small compared to other hotels I have stayed at Riu ,Royallton , but they do have a lazy river. .......Staff was exceptional.... A few guest in the elevator lobby's not wearing masks and a few other places. I went there because of reviews for safety, was not let down. Was happy that did need a card to get towels, that's the way it should be. The beach cabana's were all empty so we sat in one, and twice someone came bye asking if we would like to reserve one for $25 came with champagne for the day. good deal if they were full
We had an absolutely fabulous stay. The customer service is unmatched!! Every employee made us feel welcomed. There is a shining star in this group and it's Anna-Kay. Anna-Kay was personable, kind, warming and went well above and beyond any expectations we had. She is a treasure. She made this an experience that we'll never forget. I must also thank Kendrick and Adrian for awesome and courteous cabana service. Also, thanks to Alton for making our seaside candlelight dinner even more special. Thank you all. Now, the stuff tourists want to know...The Hilton had taken EXTRAORDINARY steps to ensure the safety of its visitors during Covid. It feels MUCH safer than the U.S. There are hand sanitizing stations everywhere. The staff is required to masks as are you. So, please cooperate. The buffet is an assisted buffet. Drinks and food are served in abundance, just please do not expect to get the food yourself. The resort was extremely clean. The gym is 24 hours, the pool opens early and stays open late, the Waterpark is enjoyable, and free recreation is available in the form of table tennis, shuffleboard and other games. Non-motorized sports in the form of a catamaran, water trike and kayaks are including in your stay but there is an expectation of tipping the operator. There is a nightclub, nightly entertainment, and teens area. There are restaurants on the premises that require reservations so make sure you report to the reservations desk early to book those. You may also reserve a cabana for your stay. The water was warm. There is a lot of seaweed and they try as best they can to limit that will daily cleaning. Beach towels are available to check out so leave your heavy towels at home. I can't wait to return! Thank you staff for all you did.
Chadene Bryan-Greatest Asset to Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa
Good Morning, Ms. Bryan, this is our first time to Hilton and I have heard many great stories of this hotel, but when you have a 3 year old looking at you and saying Mommy this is an awesome hotel, best birthday ever and thanks for bringing me here it brings tears to your eyes. Hilton has amazing customer service and I will recommend Hilton to anyone. My special occasions in the future will be handed to you. You have done a fantastic job through out our stay. There are so many words I could use to describe this weekend but tears of joy will step in. Do I wish we could stay until Monday? Oh absolutely but financially I can't. Do I see myself here in the future? As early as next year. This experience outshine another. You are so accommodating and you made the impossible possible. For me my status for this hotel is "IF YOU WANT MIRACLES TO HAPPEN GO TO HILTON". Home away from home experience, I woke up totally forgot I am at Hilton and sad enough I have to leave :( :( :( Thank you again from room 319. Regards
