Fur coat and no Knickers!

On the face of it this hotel is wonderful! Stunning location overlooking the sea and the Rapallo bay - a lovely full length swimming pool too so why only 3/5 you ask? We had a superior room with sea view and balcony which was nice but quite old fashioned and the smallest tv you’ll ever see! Very poor tv channel selection - we had dirty glasses left in our room for 3 days! Breakfast was average - same choice everyday and served on a saucer! A poor food menu at lunch and dinner which made it easy for you to decide to eat in a Rapallo every evening! A nice 20 min walk into town by the coast but cost €15 for a 5 min taxi ride back! The staff were ok - could have been friendlier - this hotel honks it is better than it actually is!

Best choice for Rapallo

If you visit Rapallo this is the best hotel to stay. The views are nicer if you take more expensive 4 or 5 floor room. The rooms are very clean and have very small balcony and you cannot sit there (no furniture). Kind and helpfull staff. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is very clean and offers good quality for the 4*. Very nice, big and clean pool with relaxing music. Unfortunatelly noise from the very busy street till late hours and construction work next to the hotel was a downside of my stay as I expected more relaxing stay and to enjoy nice evenings on the balcony. Parking is available.

Rapallo

this hotel was fabulous. front desk was most helpful, even calling a store to get location and hours for me. plus, for a minimal fee, you get use of their spa, pools, saunas, etc. so relaxing for the end of a busy trip

Amazing facility, premium views forever! Comfortable, updated rooms & amenities, staff always tried to help, restaurant is a must try....only drawback was no feather pillows! Rapallo is an absolute hidden treasure!

Amazing views!

The views from this hotel are excellent. Does not matter if you are at the pool, restaurant or a hotel room with a water view, the vistas are amazing. Rooms are rather modern and bright. Food was good as well.
