Day 1: AGRA Board the opulent Maharajas’ Express at Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi in the morning and enjoy brunch on board as you arrive into Agra. Upon arrival, visit the exquisite Agra Fort which was the residence of the Mughals for many years and is your first taste of the 'City of Mughal Splendour'. Enjoy a Champagne evening at the fort as you admire the impressive architecture.

Day 2: RANTHAMBORE No visit to Agra would be complete without a visit to the Taj Mahal, so you'll be rising early to arrive at this iconic mausoleum as the sun rises. Get back on board for lunch as the train continues to Sawai Madhopur, the gateway to Ranthambore National Park, one of India’s most revered national parks and a prime location to spot the magnificent Bengal tiger. Enjoy anafternoon game drive in the park, tracking the elusive beasts with an expert guide.

Day 3: JAIPUR Disembark after breakfast in the 'Pink City' - Jaipur. You'll visit the UNESCO World Heritage Amber Fort for a guided tour and after lunch at an exclusive venue, your afternoon will be free to browse the colourful stalls in a local bazaar, indulge in a spa treatment, or partake in the optional activities visiting the City Palace and Jantar Mantar Observatory.

Day 4: DELHI This morning the train will arrive back in Delhi and following breakfast you will disembark to continue your Indian adventure or return home.

This is a fixed itineary rail journey on the luxurious Maharajas' Express. All of your on board meals are included and served in two fine-dining restaurant cars, as well as soft drinks, tea, coffee, mineral water and house wines, beers and spirits which are served in the bar and lounge. Other alcoholic drinks are available to buy on board. The service of an English-speaking local guide for the off train excursions and game drives, and butler service for all cabins are also included. Each of the elegant cabins – from Deluxe Cabins to the Presidential Suite – feature large panoramic windows, a flat-screen television and en suite bathroom.
