Housekeeping

The housekeeping staff were very polite and gave an excellent service in cleaning the rooms by the staff namely prabhu, janaki,totan. They also provided the requested basic amenities and made sure that our family is comfortable in the room.

Excellent stay at ITC Grand Chola

Such a fabulous place and such warm reception. I had an eye surgery and they took such good care of me. Excellent food, fabulous staycation package, great amenities and excellent hospitality. Sugandha has been such a superb host - always cheerful and made me feel right at home from the word go!! A buffet that was different everyday for 10 days and absolutely lovely restaurants and cafés. It’s a great getaway to relax, recharge and recuperate!

Stay at ITC Grand Chola

An excellent month long stay at ITC Grand Chola

We stayed as a family of 4 for over a month at ITC Grand Chola and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond, specifically Aravind who made sure everyday we had all we wanted. Highly recommend visiting this great property.

Room cleaning service

House keeping service wss excellent. Special mention to Praveen, Prabu and Totan. Thank you so much for the wonderful service which was provided during the stay at the hotel. Very clean and quick service
