Worst services and hospitatlity
Not good hotel to stay for corporate client. No service , staff is very rude , luggage need to collect by self , everything was imperfect. They tell you about policy and procedure whereas at the same time other guest does not follow the same. They will treat you like you have taken an admission in school rather than staying in Hotel. GM does not revert on twitter complaint.

I stayed in this hotel,it was amazing experience for all of our team members.i was amazed to see that an active housekeeper like Shalini, Abhishek,Uday,Dashrath,Pooja & Been, didn't remember some name,so sorry for that but they are very professional and always ready for help. We have seen Mr. Rajiv Jain(Ehk) Making sure that if we requested for additional amenities and toiletries they are kept in my room and room is very tidy.Front desk associate was also good,Food was amazing,I recommended this hotel to my family & friends.
A memorable stay at the Jai Mahal Palace
We recently spent 3 nights in the Jai Mahal palace to celebrate our anniversary. The experience was absolutely amazing. Right from when we entered we were serviced flawlessly. There were weddings at the property during our stay and we were initially apprehensive as we thought it would be noisy. But our fears were unfounded; our room was nicely tucked away in the quiet part of the hotel and we did not experience any inconvenience due to the weddings. The room was comfortable, grounds are lovely, the staff is warm and amazingly courteous. They arranged for a cake and flowers for us knowing the occasion :). The Jiva spa is heavenly; the therapists are knowledgeable and well trained and the ambience of the those individual spa cottages enhances the entire experience. The pool was closed on a couple of occasions (due to the weddings I think) but it was too cold to swim anyway. Overall our anniversary holiday was very special and memorable at the Jai Mahal palace. Thank you! Just one request (not specific to the Jai Mahal, but maybe for all Taj properties) is to reduce the use of bottled water. Probably some guests (especially visitors from abroad) may insist on bottled water; but an option of safe filtered water in refillable bottles should be made available. Those, like us, who are comfortable with it can opt for that and reduce the amount of plastic waste generated everyday.
Wonderful stay at Taj Jai Mahal
We usually stay the at Taj Jai Mahal when we are in Jaipur. The hospitality, service and tranquillity is what draws us back each time. Even when the hotel was running at capacity due to multiple weddings the service was top notch.
