Served on a traditional banana leaf, enjoy exquisite authentic food, with a special focus on freshly caught seafood. Cooked in the clay oven at the lakeside grill, specialities include fish curry and tapioca with crushed bird's eye chilli. The hotel's buffet restaurant focuses on authentic Malabari food – using fresh fish from the lake and sea, a local delicacy to try here is the Peral Spot fish, known locally as Karimeen. After-dinner drinks can be enjoyed at the Heron's Pond, the hotel's garden bar that specialises in fresh coconut cocktails.
