The Best Stay Ever
We stayed here for 2 nights and i must say we had the most amazing stay. Very courteous staff. Spacious Luxury Tents. Amazing house keeping services. They say its Luxury tents and they indeed are Luxury Tents. They made us feel so special and literally pampered us. The GM of the property Ratna Malhotra was such a down to earth humble lady. She herself was checking on the comfort of the guests. Took personal interest by checking on the guests. Our 3 yr old had Bathroom slippers, Bathrobe and some special welcome notes and that made us feel really special. The only drawback we felt was the rates are on a higher side and mght not be afforded by all. Over all our stay was worth remembering for our life time.
We visited India the first time and booked 5 different Oberoi Hotels VANYAVILAS was the best! The Service, the Atmosphere, the Cleanliness, ... everything is awesome. You feel relaxed at the moment you enter the hotel. It seems that the staff anticipate every wish before you know what you wish ,-)
Just got back from a two day trip to Ranthambore. Our luxury tent was huge and very comfortable. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The concierge helped with arrangements both before and during our trip. We did the private jungle cruise with access to all zones and saw two tigers! The hotel packed a delicious picnic lunch for us (kathi rolls, cookies, and fruits) and retained a driver and guide who were wonderful. The food at the hotel was great. One night the hotel arranged a private dinner for us at the amphitheater. We were surrounded by hundreds of tealights and were entertained by traditional musicians. The multicourse menu was fantastic! The hotel and jungle cruise were a once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed.
Recently stayed over New Years with another family. The service was outstanding by all staff and the General Manager was so hands on. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations and the food was amazing. Our waiter Soulin was so attentive that we went early on New Years’ Eve, just to get a table in his area. If you visit this region, you must stay here! I only wished we had seen Bengal tigers. We booked through a travel company and I would suggest it maybe better to book directly with the property. They appeared to have better & more comfortable jeeps, as for 6 of us, the Jeep we had was a bit tight. Also, I would advise you do your homework as sighting tigers isn’t like going on an African safari. Jeeps cannot go “off road” and so you have to be lucky if a tiger crosses your path. Also time of year plays a role. Book a half day or full day excursion that allows you to cross over into multiple zones as 3 hour trips only allow you into one zone...and that one tiger that exists in that zone, could be anywhere in the 25 km zone.
The most perfect hotel to visit. Incredible staff, beautiful tents & lovely food. The staff are attentive but don’t fuss over you and the attention to detail is unbelievable. If you’re heading to Ranthambore it has to be the place to stay.
