The wildlife sanctuary is also a haven to the rare lion-tailed macaque, tiger, bison, wild boar, flying squirrel, sambar deer and mongoose. Colourful butterflies, lizards, snakes and a number of endemic bird species including the blue-winged parakeet and crimson-throated barbet can also be spotted in this charming reserve.
