The stay was great. The property is beautiful. The pool side being the best view. Room are pretty decent.

The stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are pretty decent. Pool view being the best view of the property. The best thing about trident is its staff. Can’t deny that . Sudesh was very attentive at our breakfast and dinner time. Nivesh Sharma was a great help too. He was extremely polite and helpful.

If you want a resort like experience then do visit this property. Surrounded by lush green trees, greenery, reflection pools it has created its own mini world. The staff is very humble, warm and responsive and makes your stay comfortable and memorable. The main attraction is the pool surrounded by trees. Only drawback is the bathroom which needs to be renovated. Overall i will recommend this property.

Spacious rooms, lavish breakfast spread and resturant staff is inimitable

Thank you team Trident. I am going to miss you all. Anantra, Harsh, Sudesh, Krishna and Divya....I wish I remembered more names...because each and everyone was so polite, accessible, obliging and reading your mind. The five names mentioned here are superstars of Trident. Then there was Nitin Thakur in Trident's bar, who took my kids for a mocktail making session and my lil ones enjoyed it thoroughly. The property is good, atmosphere is relaxing, the food is great, especially all Indian cuisine is flavourful and delectable. The pool is huge, the gardens are well maintained. All the rooms and areas are regularly getting sanitized, staff wearing masks all the time and other precautions are being followed, so it is a safer place to visit. Although it is a business hotel, they are making sure that the families who are visiting owing to Covid times have a good time here.

Absolutely Impeccable Service !!

Let me begin with the reception, Incomparable & Delightful super service journey of 14 days stay began with Welcome drink till the time I exited from Delhi Airport for Mumbai. Ms Pratisha- Reception in charge , upgraded me as there was DLF light hitting in my room & I intended to keep curtain open to enjoy the beautiful pool view . She stated " Customer experience matters more than cost ". Such statements are heard only in marketing adds, but she put them in practice !! Transport arrangements were made on time without reminders, & lastly she coordinated with Sahil - Trident Airport Manager , who helped me manage my excess luggage with Vistara seamlessly . I really don't have words to expresses my gratitude to both of them for this help, as it was really an out of the way act !! Next Comes House Keeping team- lead by Indira, an exceptionally good lady leading an equally competent team, like Deepa, Dikshita, Shikha & Ajay. Apart from ensuring standards , they also kept giving me surprises with small little gift gestures which always got a smile, after a hectic day at work. I had carried an Ganesh Idol along with me & that was Decorated with flowers under a white napkin - this act was the most touching one as I haven't see this kind of personalization ever !! ( have uploaded an pic) Also thank you for the Towel with my name embordered .....Special thanks to Ajay to manage my request for a heater in an odd month & Deepa who managed my laundry daily. I really felt at home, somebody from the team would meet me daily to ask if there is anything they could do more !!! Absolutely marvelous service. Next Comes Restaurant Lead by Chief Chef Mr Mathur along with Chef Ajay & Chef Ram, provided me with customized breakfast & dinner everyday . They kept making changes in the recipe till the time it met my Mumbai taste buds. Speally Mumbai style " Pakoras" arranged thru Yuvraj . One could say its a part of their job, but when a job is done with act of concern and an attitude to serve the best, its called "Exemplary service" Harsh Sen who leads the service division at the restaurant seems to be an extreme loyalist & carries great pride in working with Trident, He spoke extremely high about Management & the way Trident took utmost care of employees with "Zero" termination during Covid. This is an True " VOC" for an employer! He was also instrumental in ensuring that I am in my best comfort zone .His team members : Nitin Thakur, Princi Sen , Monu Pratap ,Yuvraj Negi & Divya have ever smiling faces & provide a warm welcome every time one enters the restaurant !! Monu thank you for the daily proactive " Take away Coffea" !! And Lastly , Amit - GM of Gurgoan Trident is clearly a true leader - Visible Top down effect resulting in providing "Impeccable service". I sincerely thank you and the entire team for making my 2 weeks stay memorable !!! Look forward to similar experience , for my forth coming 2 weeks booking too !!!

Weekend Getaway@Trident

Super property with luxury at its best. Staff and services are best. Vishesh from Front desk is responsive and really helpful. Antra from Cilantro Restaurant is friendly and made us feel home. Everyone there is polite, helpfull and friendly. Had good weekend getaway here @TridentGurgaon
