Going down the drain

Poorly managed hotel with low staff I am really disappointed with this Taj facility Amongst other things I had to worry about - Flush not working on check in - Sink not draining a few hours later - Lack of health faucets in 3 rooms out of 4 that we booked. Surprisingly room 216 had a Health faucet and none of the others had where we stayed as a family of 9 Poor check in facilities. Three - Four staff were just standing next to the person who was actually checking , doing nothing. Resulting in a large wait time. Zero courtesies on check in. No one bothered to offer a welcome drink or say hello. Just the usual “show me your ID”. This is not what we expect at Taj. I have stayed at many other taj properties including Taj Corbett in this trip. Overall disappointing.

Pleasant stay.

When I am in Delhi, my first priority is Taj for staying. Check-in was pretty fast. Staffs are really good, polite, helpful and very cooperative. Beautiful room with a poolside view. In room dining experience was also good. Overall stay was Nice.

Staying at TAJ PALACE is what I always love not even like. Amazing staff so kind and lovable. Ambience food out of the world. Mutton biryani is a die for dish. Love it to the level that I can have all 3 times. Staff is so caring and goes beyond for the customer. They treat all the customers as so special and like family. I am mesmerised and gobsmacked the way they r. Dixit Khana the manager, Sumit, Prashant, Vikas, vishal are wow in there work. CHEF-DN SHARMA contact him for biryani wish to kiss his hands.

Amazing Experience

Everything was good and amazing. If you are in Taj, needless to worry about, Taj will always exceed your expectations. Don't miss on their breakfasts and ensure to keep good time for that. As a guest, you are always relaxed when you know that at the end of hectic schedule you will be pampered by Taj.
