Elivi Skiathos

Beachfront suites, beautiful restaurants and golden sands

Elivi Skiathos is a design-led dream of sleek pools, secluded suites and glittering Greek luxury.

Elivi Skiathos gazes out to the Aegean Sea and has direct access to four of the island’s best beaches. Golf carts buggy you from plumped up day beds by the impressive 200m² pool to the top-notch ELEMIS Spa and down to beach bars on golden sands. Mediterranean, Japanese and Greek restaurants sit on ambient sea-facing terraces and most of the suites – each one beautiful – come with a private pool or hot tub.

Why we love Elivi Skiathos

  • Great choice of restaurants; Japanese, sushi, pizzas, seafood and traditional Greek.

  • Luxury spa with an indoor pool.

  • Tennis coaching, yoga classes and beginners scuba diving sessions.

  • A stone’s throw from the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Koukounaries beach.

What's included

Breakfast at Xenia Restaurant
Between June 10th and September 15th, Nest Grove and Infinity guests will have breakfast at the Nest Restaurant.

The ELIVI Spa is a spacious, relaxing wellbeing centre with three treatment rooms, an indoor pool, hammam, sauna and gym. Using products from the award-winning Greek spa brand Ariadne Athens, you can indulge in healing crystal facials and massages with saffron-infused oils.

There are a range of mountain bike and hiking trails on Skiathos or you can head into the interior on an off-road 4x4 excursion. The resort has a tennis and basketball court.

With its peninsula location, guests have access to four beaches. Koukounaries is probably the most famous beach on Skiathos, whilst Ambelakia is more intimate. Little Banana Beach is aimed at the younger market with loud music and sports whilst Big Banana Beach is popular with families. ELIVI Nest Pool is 200m² and surrounded by pine and olive trees. The smaller ELIVI Grace Pool overlooks the sea. Scuba diving and cruises on a traditional yacht can be arranged.

Elivi Skiathos has been built with sensitivity to its surrounding environment by preserving vegetation and adding more plants. To minimise energy consumption, there is an intelligent management system to control air-conditioning. Solar panels have been installed and the swimming pools are purified by electrolysis rather than chlorine.

There are plenty of family-based indoor and outdoor activities, including kids Pilates, dance, yoga and gymnastics classes. There is a kids' cinema and trips are organised to see the famous black swans.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 16 Jul-31 Aug; 3 nights 05 May-15 Jul and 01 Sep-08 Oct.

For guests traveliing with children under 12, we recommend staying in the Nest section and using the Nest pool.
