Activities

Dinghy sailing

Sailors of all levels will really enjoy the vast sailing area and consistent winds together with an excellent range of equipment for all abilities and wind conditions, plus expert tuition from the Neilson team and of course, free Royal Yachting Association (RYA) tuition for all levels.

Windsurfing

conditions are best for beginner and non-planing intermediate windsurfers. Beginner sessions run in very light morning winds. The wind tends to pick up after midday, ideal for the intermediate groups. There are also a number of theory sessions for beginners and intermediates including racing and rigging.

Waterskiing and Wakeboarding

Conditions for waterskiing and wakeboarding are superb in the  mornings with smooth, glassy water and a ski pontoon conveniently located just off the beach offering easy access to Neilson's ski boats and range of kit.

Neilson run tows from 8am until midday and then 3pm until 6pm, Monday to  Saturday, so there is plenty of time for everybody to have a go. Neilson's aim is that everybody who wants to ski or board will get at least two sessions per week.

Mountain Biking

The surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of great climbs, single track, shady olive groves and gentle coastal cruises to rural villages. There are guided mountain bike rides each day or the bikes are available for free riding with at least one other person.

Tennis

The two tennis courts are set side-by-side. Every day the Neilson coaches will work on different aspects of your game such as forehand, backhand, serve, volley and match tactics. Groups are set according to ability with a session for each group everyday (except transfer day).

Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Kayaks and stand up paddleboards are a great way to explore the coastline, make the

most of light wind days or even as part of your fitness routine.

Fitness and Swimming

Fitness fans will love the range of classes from Zumba to circuits, jogging and interval training with Neilson's great fitness coach waiting to help you reach your goals or just have fun in the sunshine taking in the amazing views
