Booking was simple via email and online payment. Had no trouble rescheduling due to cyclone Yasa. Loved the way they brought my birthday cake (surprised). Staff were friendly and allowed my daughter to show off her dance moves. Food was great- buffet breakfast and around the world dinner. Room was clean. Awesome entertainment & service at the pool. They did well with limited staff. Thank you for the memorable stay.
Staff & Family Vacation
The trip was amazing, we had heaps of fun and enjoyed our stay, the staffs provided superior exceptional customer service skills, top it off with the mesmerizing food, not forgetting the awesome facilities. Definitely go for round 2!
An awesome retreat can't wait to go back!
So as a team of 10 people we went for staff retreat. Thank you to Jane Madden for organising perfectly, you are awesome and thank you for everything. The rooms are newly renovated. The staff are amazing. The food delicious. The views worth millions of dollars. Big Vinaka to Marco, Abbas, Mereisi, Tokasa, Kelera, Kaveni and Reji. The service is 5 star, the people are serving here are 10 stars. As a local I am so happy I went. I am so looking forward to going and spending my xmas break with my Warwick family and my loved ones. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from my side. As for our retreat everything was just 💓💞⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you for the great live choir with beautiful songs and off course the farewell soon. From my side ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Warwick and the team.
Fabulous Fiji....cannot wait to return to the Warwick!
Sensational overall resort. Amenities are aplenty and so very clean and welcoming. Our room was an ocean view twin with two double beds. Fam of 4 2 adults, 2 children. Plenty of space. Lovely little balcony set on the outer side of the Nadi wing, overlooking water and beautifully manicured gardens. Staff were exceptional and we now consider them as a family and cannot wait to return. This was our second time in Fiji and first at the Warwick...we don't want to stay anywhere else now. Lots of free activities and food was delicious and lots of variety.
I have been to 35 countries plus 7 visits to the Warwick starting back in the late 80s. Set on a private lagoon, for me it’s like going to stay with friends. They make you feel like family and if you are interested you will be welcome to visit their village. The Wicked Walu restaurant set on a small island with its sandy foors is 1 of 4 or 5 different places to eat and 1 of the best seafood restaurants I have been to. It’s a great atmosphere to follow a cocktail while watching the amazing sunsets. I was going back until Corona got in the way. I would happily recommend this to families, couples or friends. I am quadriplegic and I have no trouble getting around the entire resort. This is a pleasant change from other resorts that say they are accessible and still have inaccessible areas or unsuitable bathrooms.
