If I have to cancel my booking, what would the costs be?

If you or anyone on your holiday booking decides to cancel the holiday, the lead name must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Any notification must be confirmed in writing and cancellation will take effect from the day written or email confirmation is received by us.

Please note that some airfares may have strict ticketing deadlines, which may increase the level of deposit that you are required to pay. This may in turn limit the amount of money you would be entitled to recover, in the event of cancellation. Please enquire for details at the time of booking. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cruise companies often have strict cancellation policies, so the below scale of charges would not apply, except where stated. Likewise, certain hoteliers may have stricter cancellation charges linked to special offers.

Information on deposits and cancellation charges can be found within our booking conditions; however, please discuss any concerns with your Personal Travel Expert prior to making your booking, to ensure you are happy with your holiday arrangements.

We would strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance, which includes cover against loss of deposit and cancellation fees.

Prior to 61 days: loss of deposit (91 days if your booking includes a cruise)
60 – 42 days: 50% of total holiday cost (91 – 42 days if your booking includes a cruise)
41 – 33 days: 60% of total holiday cost
32 – 15 days: 90% of total holiday cost
14 days or less: 100% of total holiday cost
