Slow, seasonal living is the order of the day at The Restaurant, with chefs working with the land to create farm-to-fork menus. However, the interiors are anything but sleepy. Think hanging pendant lights, lots of pale wood, exposed stone walls and bursts of teal. Beneath a canopy of dangling filament bulbs, diners feast on the likes of fresh fish and seafood, caught that day by local fishermen, or the finest cuts from the region. Breakfast is bountiful, with hot dishes made to order or warm-from-the-oven pastries and breads from the on-site bakery, best slathered in the local wine honey. There’s a sea-view terrace for al-fresco dining too.
Elsewhere, The Spot is an all-day haunt on the marina promenade, serving Asian-inspired dishes and casual plates. Sit inside for a front-row seat to the culinary theatre of the open kitchen, or try to grab one of the coveted sofas on the terrace for the best people-watching. Don’t miss the herb-infused G&T spiked with local rosemary and lavender.
Set on a rock terrace hewn into the craggy cliff face, The Rok is a chilled beach bar where locals and guests rub shoulders over drinks, often set to a soundtrack of live music. Sleek and stylish, the Lobby Bar is a day-to-night haunt, serving everything from artisan coffee to local wines and cocktails.
