Absolutely amazing if I could give it 6stars I would. The hotel is exceptionally clean and there is hand sanitizer every where. The customer service is great! They follow a very well established health protocol for the hotel guests safty and protection. I also highly recommend the breakfast.
I’m rather overdue writing but I feel I need to recommend this lovely hotel. I arrived to a very warm welcome by Amina (guest relations) and the always efficient, smiling Mostafa. They introduced me to new members of management who were charming and made me feel happy to be in my second home. They explained to me the original room I had reserved had not been renovated and would I like to see a room that had for a small supplement. Amina and Mostafa accompanied to the room, all I could say was WOW the rooms have been decorated to a very high standard of understated elegance with every attention to detail to guests needs, lovely well equipped bathroom. The view from the room was to die for. The restaurants here are to a high standard love the Thai,Lebanese and the Italian the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is delightful, so much choice, I must thank Mohamed for making me laugh every day, Chef Ali for his attention and making sure I had everything I needed, the smiling chef for perfect omelettes and Ghada for the lovely coffee. There are so many people I would like to thank for a very enjoyable stay but I must thank Ahmed in reception for all his help and courtesy when I had “lost” items and he resolved it. Lastly I have to mention, on my day of departure there was a problem with COVID 19 outside the hotel and Luxor went into lockdown, the management took emergency action, other guests who were due to leave were the first to be tested for the virus by doctors, my huge thanks for all the help I received to get my flight back to U.K. Amina, Mr Hesham, Mr Mostafa and Mr Omar ........... Thank you.

More than we expected
We spent one night at this hotel while on a guided tour of Luxor. As it was not a hotel that I had researched, I was very apprehensive as our van pulled up to the hotel. (Nothing much to look at from the street.... which is itself nothing to inspire confidence.) As soon as you walk in however, your brain sort of "resets".... This is a VERY nice hotel. The lobby folds out onto an outdoor atrium, which itself folds onto a second building housing a number of restaurants and the majority of the rooms. (And THAT building opens out onto the hotel pools, and a very nice 2 level bar overlooking the Nile river. Our room (a river view) was large, airy, and modern, with a very comfortable king bed. (Perfect place to wake up in the morning and watch the hot air balloons floating over the river and Nile valley). We ate at the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel (EXCELLENT) and were impressed with the selection and quality of the breakfast buffet the next morning. My only regret is that we were not staying a couple days longer, to enjoy both the hotel, and the city with all it had to offer.
We were lucky to get a room with a balcony facing the Nile - so relaxing. The hotel is close to the bazaar and the Luxor temple. You can take a long walk or cab it. Their breakfast was excellent. The have a couple of restaurants on site. Do not choose the Lebanese restaurant. The food was dried out and lousy. Although they had evening entertainment in the courtyard, it was unprofessional with the dancers constantly talking and cackling to each other., The whirling dervish, so to speak, was excellent. The hotel also has a few shops but beware of the prices. You can do better in the bazaar.
