Great but expensive

I and my wife stayed there in our anniversary. The stay was lovely. The suite with the private pool is big with big bathroom and big living room. The pool was heated. The service was excellent. The staff were so friendly and so caring. The design of the resort is different with separate one level suites staggered allover the area emphasizing the privacy. The breakfast was rich and nice. Tried the dinner in the hotel restaurant twice. Found it a bit expensive and not so impressive, however the staff were so open to criticism and suggestions. The main down side about the resort is the cost. I spent in a separate villa with a private pool in Bali less than what I spent in Oberoi, including flights. Had a problem with online reservation, where there was a reduced price for Egyptians and residence, and extra discount if I had an account, but once I created the account, the reduced rate disappeared and the discount did not apply. Yet I received a call from the reservation manager when he read my feedback and promised to address it. Overall I think it is one of the best resorts on the red sea.

this property is really breathtaking. like the other oberoi vilas properties in india, its special. its a all suite hotel and its quite wide spread. i would like to thank Karan Talwar , Front office of Trident Oberoi Mumbai for suggesting this property and Ahmed Khalifa of Oberio Shal Hashesh for helping me in the reservations. the hotel diving centre was amazing and Hamad was very helpful to my son to show him fishes while snorkelling. if you are by the pool side or by the private beach, you would be served complimentary fruits, water bottles, wipes. i really liked this experience. everything was amazing about this hotel. thanks to pastry chef suman who was very kind. the only thing that disappointed me was the food. being an indian vegetarian, i dont fancy eating indian food outside of india. since this was the final leg of my 10 day egypt trip, i am forced to compare the food to le meridien cairo, mövenpick aswan and the le fayan cruise ship food. i found the international menu very boring at oberoi with pizzas served only during lunch and the hotel serves egyptian and indian food on alternate days only. i was expecting a specially curated 3 course meal given that i am staying in such an expensive hotel. on the day of my departure, at breakfast i requested 3 times for a milkshake and waited over 20 minutes. but had to leave since i was getting late for my flight. i also recommend the hotel to immediately get a roller belt toaster like we see all over the world. but overall i would really recommend this hotel.

Amazing place

Everything is very neat and organized, the staff is extremely trained and professional, every small comment from guests is considered as top priority, excellent place for couples, family or friends trip Thank you Oberoi Team

Exptional staff here 👍🏼

I couldn’t leave this place without writing our comments. We travel a lot around the world ( including Oberoi hotels in India which is really nice ) but I will give the gold medal without any doubt to this Oberoi hotel in Hurghada concerning their STAFF 🙌🏼. They are just exceptional :-) We truly enjoyed one week here. With the Indian restaurant including a large choice of Mediterranean dishes, nice buffet breakfast every morning, the spa with traditional Balinese massages and the great staff from the diving center ✨as well as the pool staff always so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Medhat for his attention cleaning our room and leaving everyday a different surprise. And his big smile 😀 We will be back maybe in other season next time (sometimes windy) but sunny every day 🌞 - we enjoyed it a lot! Bravo and thank you to all the staff again🌟

Red Sea resort

Outstanding facility, great helpful staff, great food, and fantastic view. If you are looking for a nice quiet place I highly recommend their suites, comfortable and spacious. You will love hanging out at their beach
