Does not live to the expectations of what a Hilton hotel is supposed to be like. If you are hispanic or a local, you sense a different type of treatment than when you are on the phone with them and they think you are a foreigner.
Great hotel 5 mins from the airport, pool and sunbathing area along with many close by restaurants and shopping malls. My second stay here and I would recommend it. Good safe COVID measures throughout the building. High standard hotel.
SÚPER GREAT SERVICE
I was just there, and let me tell you since I was pick up at the airport thru my entire stay the staff were very professional and polite. In the morning the breakfast buffet was excellent and the omelette to order was GREAT! The pool area excellent specially ALEXANDRA who was working by herself in the entire area was very professional and you can even tell her smile under that face covering mask. She deserve a CONGRATULATION.
Excellent Hotel and very friendly staffs
Excellent Hotel. Staffs are friendly and very professional. Definitely recommend the place. More than a Airport Hotel. Breakfast very good with many choices. we stayed with family. Staff always tried to help
Great Property, but some mixed feelings...
First, the airport is conveniently located nearby, 2 miles away, and only a $5 cab ride will take you to and from there. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and feels like you're entering a Hilton property. The check in process was very smooth, thanks to Melissa who was very professional, and with some good recommendations of things to do in the area. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and with all amenities necessary for a good stay. There were some negative aspects, and I totally understand that we are going through a pandemic, as I'm a travel agent myself. First, the pool and the gym are open, but only for one hour. Just an odd rule, as I'd rather have both be closed, then on a time clock. The Executive lounge was completely closed due to covid, yet, there was a huge breakfast buffet with a completely full dining room at breakfast? How does that make sense? I asked for 2 drink coupon, as I'm a Diamond Member, and was told that they were only given to flight crew? Again, another ridiculous rule and answer. If I can't use the facilities that are in place for Diamond Members, members who only travel and show loyalty to Hilton, then why am I even bothered giving them my money? Again, I understand we're in a pandemic, but half the rules here make no sense whatsoever. I truly loved the property itself, the close proximity to the airport, the extreme professionalism that every employee showed, and the great room. I would just think they would still try making their Diamond Member feel great about staying here, as we're mostly the reason why the hotel is still operating...
