“Serene Surroundings and Superb Staff and Service”
We had stayed a number of years ago in the hotel as well as the Residence. The hotel still looks like newly built. There is a big secret in the hotel, namely the superb staff who went way beyond to assist each and every guest. The rooms are spotless and well looked after by housekeeping staff. Gold club is again still as good as ever. We were checked in by amazing 😉 team very quickly and our room was ready quickly. The breakfast in Celebrities was amazing with freshly sourced food and great choice. Our thanks to ALL staff including Rahul Sharma who always has time to make his guests feel like friends. We will be back hopefully soon.
Me and my family have visited this property beginning of last March, and the architecture and size of The Palace blew my mind. Everyone, from Sunil, Kennedy and Shiva at the entrance, to the reception with Nadim as manager with his team, was extremly friendly and caring. Once on resort, you basically do not want to leave again, they have multiple restaurants and lounges and even their own Spa and Hammam venue with Diana and Saif being the perfect hosts and making sure you are fully relaxed. We greatly appreciated the massage and hammam, thank you so much. Last but not least, Mr. Sharma at the Palace looked after us like kings and queens and personally came by to ensure we had an unforgettable time. Hoping to seeing you all soon again on our next holiday and greetings from Switzerland in the meantime!!
Truly Amazing Hotel
Having been going to O&O Royal Mirage Palace for many years now, we can honestly say that the standards are still as high as ever. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty and there was a welcome party to greet us - it is at that point, we know why it is called the O&O and why we keep on returning to our 2nd home! After a few weeks at the hotel, our time was cut short by what is going on in the world with Coronavirus, when British Airways cancelled our flight home. It was time to leave, pay for new flights and head back to UK. Yes! Thanks BA - we had to pay for flights!!!!! Whilst there, we watched the hotel staff clean and clean everything imaginable - the attention to detail was incredible, to keep the guests and their staff safe We managed to eat in all the fabulous restaurants and the new concept in Celebrities was a massive hit with us - so thank you The buffet foods were served to you with clean tongs being changed for each different food etc. Bar Stools were removed from every sit up Bar, table, chairs table mats etc were sanitized before anyone sat down to eat. The Spas were closed and I don’t need to go on...... This Hotel could not have done any more to keep everyone safe, and free from infection...and not one of the staff complained - everyone was happy, friendly, smiling and as helpful and willing to please, as ever When we left, we were even given a few sanitizer gels and disposable gloves for our journey - unbelievable attention to detail once again!! There were a number of staff unable to go back to their countries for vacation to see their families, despite having flights already booked, as they wouldn’t have been allowed in without quarantine - but these employees took it on the chin, and were gracious enough to understand the severity of the worldwide situation A truly truly wonderful hotel, and we can’t wait to return in better times! To Mr Olivier Louis and Mr Rahul Sharma - this Hotel and your entire Team are an absolute credit to you - thank you for the most wonderful holiday, and for keeping us safe......we wish you all the very best, and please look after yourselves!
We returned a week ago from The Palace after ten days of being spoilt. This was the four visit to the Palace and my wife and I were celebrating our 60th birthdays and our 35th wedding anniversary. I have to thank Rahul, the resident manager who organised an upgrade to a suite. This was quite amazing, along with the flowers, chocolates and wine we were given as a welcome gift! We enjoyed the best food, the best wine and unbelievable service (as usual). The Gold Club looked after us brilliantly and is an option we would not miss, nothing was to much of a problem to them. The restaurants on site are so good, we only left the hotel to visit the One & Only, The Palm for a meal and for a round of golf. This had to be one of our best holidays ever and we hope to back as soon is possible. Thanks you again. Nick & Kay Hart
Truly Wonderful in every way
This was my second visit to the One and Only Royal Mirage, and despite it being very quiet due to the Coronavirus, it was still amazing in a coronavirus-free bubble. I have also stayed recently in the Grosvenor House and the Waldorf Astoria - both of which are fantastic hotels - The One and Only still has to be my favourite! I love the authentic arabian style rooms and hallways. I love the restaurants and most of all I love the pool. I absolutely cannot fault this hotel in any way, and the staff are so friendly and helpful too. I can't wait to return when this is all over
