Spent the weekend there to celebrate my birthday, from the get go, Shalini recognised the fact it was a special birthday, without any hesitation, she offered a upgrade, balloons, card were placed in the room. It was definitely a thoughtful gesture. The service was flawless. From the guys by the pool to the room service team, thank you, you all are great in making us feel so welcome in times where negativity is constantly looming over us. We had the Chinese option at dinner, it was very generously portioned. Overall 10/10 Will definitely be visiting again!
great hotel with reasonable price
The hotel is very clean and staffs are professional and friendly (special shoutout to Sree and Rodolfo of housekeeping, Lyn from latest Recipe and Arvin from Fish Restaurant). they are implementing the standard measures for COVID-19 saftely for their guest. the food in their restaurant are great. the swimming pools are clean and you can also access the beach and swimming pools at westin hotel. the room is nice and clean and bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can get a very good and relaxing sleep. the only down side are the existence of jellyfish at the beach.
Amazing resort for nice escape
During the difficult situation Meridien Mina Siyahi was one among very few resorts allowing wonderful escapes to families. Safety of hotel visitors have been well assured through all measures recommended by authority. These are well controlled and followed up by safety, security, facility and F&B teams. I appreciated the welcoming team starting from sales team to get offers to the checkin experience and during all my stay. Thanks to the cooperative and helpful staff, who make my friends, family and me feel at home. Special thanks to sales, front office ans F&B team members. Islam ,Yogesh,Anna,Mahmoud Hafez,Mohammed Ali,Eva,Hawa Well done team of Meridien Mina Al seyahi. Keep up!
Great hotel but terrible Food experience
We’ve recently stayed two nights at this property with my wife and kids. As much as the hotel room and service were very good, as much as the opposite is to be said about their F&B outlets. With the exception of the breakfast who was very friendly and courteous. From the pool service to their restaurants like Fish and Busola we were simply treated with very little respect or regard to our preferences. The staff was simply put, extremely rude. The food quality and menu are sub-par and not even up to a 3-star level. Avoid the full board formula as it is very restrictive. The pool and the room were great though.
Honestly one of the best experiences u can have in a hotel.. the staff is beyond professional and friendly.. mohd ali from reception/ reservation was very helpful top service and also hari ass. Manager by the pool restaurant beyond great
