Staying at this Hotel is very wonderful, the view is really good.. I want to say thank you to Sabina and Vinud, they are really good HK, always smiley face, kindly and good cleaner. And especially to Mr. Uttam, he is really good person, friendly, kind, and gave us good service, when we asked something he was really fast to give the action. We are really happy to staying at this Hotel.. Thank you very much for the service. From the room FG - 8.
Perfect place and perfect people
I stayed at this hotel after three more nights in downtown. I was satisfied not only for the excellent location but also for all the services offered and the kindness of the staff. Everything perfect thanks a lot
Another Excellent Stay at JBH
In these uncertain times JBH offered a very memorable stay over the New Year period. Due to Covid not all facilities were available but that didn't hamper our stay. The improvements not only in the hotel but in other Juneirah hotels along that strip were excellent. Santhosh of the Executive pool was amazing, nothing was too much for him. Truly amazing service provided by him.

Awful experience in a dated Icon in severe need of a renovation!
We had been looking forward to a great NY vacation, again at the hotel we have enjoyed in the past. At the booking we were granted free breakfast, only to find out at checkin that it was not included, and this at a price of more than EUR 1.000,- per night for 12 nights. The day before departure, we received an email from Jumeirah reservation department that our booking was cancelled, and upon writing them to inquire why we received this email, they only relied that there was an error in the system. We arrive at around 3 am in the morning at reception, only to que for about 30 minutes to check in at the hotel, due to a wast amount of disgruntled gusts, whom were not given what they were promised. Finally at checkin, we were informed that only 1 restaurant was open due to COVID 19 situation. When we asked if this a recent implementation, we were told, it had been like this for a long time, this was not communicated to us, neither on the hotels website nor at time of booking, which seems like a very low level modus operandi, with one purpose in mind, which is to get people to the hotel without informing of restrictions and lesser service. When we arrived in our seaview balcony room, we opened the curtains, only to see that the entire view now consisted of a large construction site, which we were not informed of either, nor before or on arrival. The construction were as a construction is, very loud and not pretty to look at, furthermore the dust from the construction was very obvious on the balcony, and the work was of course 24/7. Being tired after a long travel and arriving in the middle of the night, we didn't have much choice than go to bed, and start again in the morning. Prior to going to be I asked for a meeting with manager the following morning at 10. At the meeting with the manager it became obvious that the Modus Operandi was clearly to get guests to the hotel, and then offer them small indifferent compensations such as free breakfast and lunches. He was very pleasant and polite, but it was clear that I was far from the first guest complaining, and the main part of his consisted of handling the same issues from guests. Despite the offer of free lunch, we found it absolutely intolerable to stay, and chose to check out an hour later. At checkout we weren't even offered a discount on the first night, 6 hours in the hotel, and was charged AED +5.000,- for our 6 hour stay, despite the false promises and far from positive experience.
