Hotel Stay at Al Naseem
I really expected much more from this hotel as the service was average and the rooms were average. We faced difficulties turning on the AC since it was linked to a sensor connect to the balcony door and the sensor was not functioning properly, and it was very hot outside, so we could not sleep as when we got the AC working, we were already sweating
I chose this hotel after relaxation of covid quarantine. It was fun and relaxing for the family even with closure of kids activities like kids club. We enjoyed our time at the beach next to burj Al Arab
Very nice and luxury room Very clean! Swimming pools and beach access is very nice Pool bar is nice and staff are very friendly COVID-19 measures are really good and sanitation across all venues and rooms

Beautiful hotel ... that’s it
Let’s start with the positives. This is a beautiful property, on a very nice beach with a view of the magnificent Burj Al Arab. The hotel is well positioned to go anywhere in Dubai. The staff were professional, polite and courteous. The rooms were nice and large enough for comfort. That ends the positives. Saying the positives about the staff, they were remarkably uninformed about anything (anything!!!) in the hotel. Every question, even the simplest, resulted in a reply of needing to check with the manager. I booked, and paid extra, for a room with club lounge access. I found out after check in that the club lounge was closed due to COVID-19 measures. That is reasonable, but why keep booking and charging for club lounge access rooms? I also found this out from the housekeeper rather than from the reception at check in. Staff at reception did not know what this meant, even after I found out myself from the housekeeper. Offering free tea in a crowded lobby lounge and a free drink outside (42c) at the pool bar is not compensation for lack of a club lounge. Although rooms were nice and relatively spacious, the air conditioning was extremely weak. We set our temp at 18c (lowest possible) just to sleep under the bedding. We did not complain about this because it was bearable, and because we had so many other disappointments that this seemed minimal. The biggest disappointment, which received no attention after multiple complaints, was our phone in the room. Our room phone was crossed with another room. When people called the other room, it came to us, resulting in a large number of unwanted calls and repeated explanations during our stay. The last straw was an errant room service verification from hotel staff at 11:30pm, after we had fallen asleep. After expressing my dismay with this, I received another call from the same person at 12:30am, waking us for the second time to apologize for waking me up the first time. I asked to speak to the duty manager, who could not be found after several minutes of waiting. A room service manager was kind enough to listen to my issue. We checked out the next morning, on day two of a planned five day stay, not wishing to waste more money in this location. As of this time, two days later, no one from the hotel has contacted me to apologize for the horrible stay. I assume no one cares, although everyone very politely listened and nodded along to my issues.
