The hotel aims for a ‘zero miles’ approach to create hyper-local Tuscan dishes. To start the day right, a breakfast of fresh local produce is included each morning and dine under in the Liberty-style Main Restaurant. Private dining options can be arranged in the Sala Ginori. Visit the plush salon-style lounge bar named after its centrepiece: an 18th-century Flemish tapestry called The Achilles’ Shield. The outside pool terrace is a highlight – after a day out sightseeing, it’s the perfect place to take a refreshing dip, grab a snack and curl up on a sun lounger.

Main Restaurant
Dine under the Murano crystal chandeliers where much of the produce is sourced locally and selected daily by the chefs.

The Achilles’ Shield
An impressive salon-style lounge bar, decked out in plush velvets and housing a huge 18th-century Flemish tapestry, which the bar is named after.

The Sala Ginori
Exclusively for hotel guests this lounge has been designed in the grand Liberty-style of the early 20th century.

Pool Bar
There’s a pool bar for drinks and light lunches.

At the Achilles' Shield, head to the outdoor terrace for views out over Montecatini. It's a great spot to enjoy your favourite cocktail.
