Great hotel with very attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and the pool area doesn't lack anything. Very good to have an adult only pool. We visited all restaurants and we liked in particular the main restaurant with buffet style breakfast and dinner. I am gluten intolerant and the servers brought me every morning and evening gluten free bread and the head chef took time in the evening to go through the buffet and explain every item to me and to check whether it contains gluten or not.
Luxury in Limassol
A beautiful location for a truly luxurious resort. My stay was in the off-season, so not all the amenities were running. My room was well appointed with a very nice bathroom. Service was top notch, everyone was eager to assist with a smile.
Simply the Best in Limassol
The resort was recently went through major remodeling. One of the best suites we stayed in recently. Be sure to select sea view (worth the extra $$) :) The staff was very nice and welcoming. The food was great at breakfast. As for quite/ adult only zone if you don't have kids
Just got back from true luxury
I don't want to write a really long review, so will keep it short and sweet. Which exactly describes my 4 nights here with my wife and 4 year old daughter. I'll start with the things we loved; The welcome nibbles in our room on arrival, the bottled water which was replenished daily (multiple bottles) was great. We liked the products left on the bed for turndown, my daughter loved putting the facemask on. The room was fantastic, and housekeeping are doing a fabulous job. My daughter loved the mini dressing gown and slippers and from the amount of hotels we have stayed in this is a first! It is the comfiest bed ever with great quality (what felt like feather?) pillows. Considering this is out of season, which means less people- the breakfast buffet was fresh and constantly being watched by the chefs, nothing looked like it had been sat for a while and the quality of the produce was excellent. The orange juice was delicious. My daughter has serious allergies to milk and egg and I emailed the hotel to make them aware before our stay and everywhere we dined the staff seemed to already have known, which is again fantastic. Kids park excellent and great facilities. The staff are excellent here and always seemed genuinely happy to be working in such a hotel. Truly makes the difference staying somewhere where the employees are happy. A few names to give extra credit to were Nina who served us for breakfast, ensuring my daughter had soya milk poured direct from the bottle to avoid cross contamination with the one on the buffet. The waitress in the Cypriot restaurant with short hair (sorry didn't catch your name) again whom already knew about my daughter's allergies Georgia on the door to lanes for breakfast always smiling. The pool attendants making sure the indoor pool rules were adhered to and weren't scared to tell the odd child to keep the noise down. Alot of hotels seem to be scared of doing this so nice to see other guests are thought about here. Overall we WILL be back. (It was supposed to be a short review but there were so many good things I had to mention :D )
Luxury at it's finest
Recently stayed at Parklane, a Luxury Collection hotel. From the moment you arrive till departure you feel like a king / queen in the castle. Staff is friendly, Mary from reception, the nice lady at the hot station doing the omelettes, waiters, the two guys from the pool reception (tks 4 the good smoothies guys). Especially thanks to Radu who was present at the time of check in for his remarkable attention to details. Hopefully I will have the opportunity in the future to stay this lovely hotel.
