Personal Travel Expert

Our Personal Travel Experts are empowered to tailor make each holiday experience for our customers. With their industry leading customer service they put the customer at the heart of everything they do. They have excellent communication skills and not only talk to our customers but ‘listen’ to them, building relationships while they build their dream holidays. They are passionate about travel and confident in their destination knowledge. We believe the best advice comes from personal experience, Our Personal Travel Experts know the destinations inside out because they have travelled there themselves.

Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Managers are a model and mentor to the Personal Travel Experts within their team. They have experience and Kuoni-ness in abundance and share their knowledge to those starting out on their retail journey as well as existing team members. They are a strong support to the store manager in the successful day to day running of the team and development of the store whilst maintaining the customer relationships they have nurtured over time by creating their dream holidays.

Store Manager

They manage teams of Personal Travel Experts all with passion, character, drive and enthusiasm to succeed. They are supportive, encouraging, inspiring and motivational. Always one step ahead, they are responsible for overseeing that the day to day tasks within the store are delivered to best of everyone’s ability. Development and investment in their team is key and sharing their own knowledge and experience will help you and your team achieve their targets.

Head office roles

The heart of our business is in our new open-plan office in Dorking, Surrey. We have over 200 employees in our head office and some have been with us for over 30 years. We have a common passion for travel and a desire to go the extra mile for our customers, alongside a fun and approachable atmosphere.

Overseas roles

Would you like to work in one of the world’s most beautiful destinations, such as the Maldives or Mexico? No day is ever the same in paradise and we have a team of around 25 people around the world ensuring our customers are looked after. We have a mixture of summer and winter positions; and service and customer care are the key qualities we look for.
