On this 14-night round trip from Toronto, not only can you see the region’s main cities, you will have time to explore the great outdoors and discover both first nations and French-Canadian culture. Following a night in Toronto head north to Midland, which is located on the edge of beautiful Lake Huron. A visit to Georgian Bay is highly recommended. Next stop is the Muskoka region and the Algonquin Provincial Park, a vast network of lakes lined with impressive holiday homes. Pass into the province of Québec to visit Gatineau Park and then return to Ontario for a stay in the capital Ottawa. Two nights are spent in Tremblant, a resort city located in the Laurentian Mountains. On your way to Québec City pass through French-Canadian villages and towns. A full day is spent in what is possibly one of the country’s most beautiful cities before continuing on to St. Michel-des-Saints and the beautiful Lac Taureau Regional Park. Before travelling onward to Montréal perhaps try a number of outdoor activities such as kayaking or mountain biking. You will then return to Toronto by the way of Montréal, Kingston – gateway to the Thousand Island Regions – and the Niagara Falls.
