Recommended highlights

On arrival in Whitehorse, transfer to your hotel where you will stay two nights. The rest of your first day here is free to explore at your own pace. In the evening you'll be picked up from the hotel by your guide and head out on your first aurora-chasing adventure. The following day is free to explore. Alternatively, you could join an optional dog-sledding tour. This evening there'll be a further chance to spot the northern lights.

The next day begins with a flight to Dawson City and a transfer to your next hotel. There will be several guided tours available over the next couple of days including a tour of the city and nearby gold fields, a visit to Dawson City Museum and a walking tour through the heart of the historic heart of the city. Each night you'll head away from the city lights for another couple of aurora-viewing experiences. Return to Whitehorse for one further night before continuing on your adventure in Canada's far north.
