November 27th - Jonas Brothers Concert
A friend and I were in Montreal for one night for the Jonas Brothers concert and we had an amazing experience staying at the Ritz Carlton Montreal. Check-in was fast and our room was ready early! While we were out for dinner, the hotel had complimentary beers and snacks sent to our room. Meryl, from Guest Relations, left us a welcoming note, wishing as well at the concert. I was thoroughly impressed with everything about our stay and I will most definitely becoming back for another! (when the Covid-19 pandemic passes).
Luxury at its finest
We recently spent 4 night at the beginning of March at The Ritz-Carlton Montreal and had the best stay ever! The service is beyond exceptional, the staff are all friendly and amazing, and the property is spectacular- a must visit after the renovation! Guest relations even impressed our 2 year old daughter with their Ritz Kids amenities! I believe there wasn't a staff member that didn't know her name by our second day there!! We loved taking her to the pool where the staff was so welcoming and she had the most fun! St. James Spa was phenomenal and room service was delicious! The Concierge and Front Desk were amazing as well, especially Christina and Irene. It is a must stay in Montreal with a great location to restaurants and shopping area. The Old Port is about a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away. If traveling with children it is a very kid friendly, family oriented place to be! We cannot wait to visit again!
Fantastic as always
I’ve visited the Ritz several times this year and it’s a lovely, charming five star hotel with friendly and helpful service. We love it’s smaller, boutique feel. The Japanese toilets, the rooftop pool and the cookies and fruit in the room give further reason to return.
Great memories of Lunch on the patio outside where Ducks are in the pond. The food of course is excellent as well as the service but it's the decor. This is the hotel I passed by every morning as a teen-ager in my way to school on Sherbrooke, it's just around Mountain St. actually It's between Mountain St. & Drummond. I love this place. I can't say i was there recently but definitely a few years go.
Birthday Celebration Weekend!
This was our 3rd visit to this location to celebrate an event , and each time it exceeds expectations!! When visiting Montreal this place is a must!! Thank you to Celementine who reached out before our visit and assisted me in surprising my husband with a fabulous breakfast in the room. Also thank you to Andre who was there to welcome us upon arrival and a friendly face every time we saw him in the lobby. These are the little thing that make all the difference.
