The Delta Whistler is a short stroll from the resort’s restaurants, bars and boutiques, as well as the gondolas which take you up Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Along with facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and a health club, the Delta also benefits from all-suite accommodation, each with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. The hotel's health club offers an exercise room, sauna, hot tubs, and an indoor/outdoor heated pool and the Solarice Spa offers a range of beauty and massage treatments. Groceries can be ordered and delivered for in-room dining, or guests can relax in the Palomino Sports Bar before dining at one of the many restaurants nearby such as Hy's Steakhouse.
This beautiful hotel is set against the stunning backdrop of Blackcomb Mountain, yet it's just a ten minute stroll in to Whistler Village's shops, bars and restaurants. At the Chateau you can enjoy Fairmont’s usual high standards and facilities, such as the innovative spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. This is the perfect choice if you are looking for the renowned Fairmont luxury, as well as a quiet spot away from the bustle of central Whistler. The hotel's main restaurant, The Wildflower, is open for breakfast and dinner. Each morning, there's an extenstive buffet as well as a selection of à la carte dishes including the popular 'BC Salmon Benedict' (menus subject to change). The dinner menu features food from the ocean and the land as well as salad, pasta and steak dishes. An alternative for both lunch and dinner is Portobello, a market-style venue with a bakery. It's also a popular spot at lunch thanks to its sandwiches, hot dogs, soups and salads. We recommend spending at least one evening at The Grill Room, an award-winning venue where you can sample the freshest grilled dishes. The rooms and suites are each tastefully furnished and have spectacular views over the village or towards the dramatic Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains. Fairmont Rooms overlook the upper village or woodland while Deluxe Valleyview Rooms and Deluxe Slopeside Rooms have views of the Whistler valley or the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain respectively. Fairmont Gold rooms have access to the exclusive Executive lounge with complimentary breakfast, evening cocktails and canapés and also private check-in.
The Westin Resort & Spa has an upmarket atmosphere and sits right at the foot of Whistler Mountain. You'll be within easy reach of the centre of Whistler Village, as well as both the gondolas. This is the perfect place to retreat to following a long hike in the mountains or day on the slopes. Days of outdoor activities are perfectly complemented by some time spent in the spa or the popular pool area. As the name would suggest the hotel's restaurant Grill & Vine provides a range of Canadian and international wines alongside a range of grilled dishes. There's a farm to table concept here, with locally-sourced ingredients used where possible. We recommend trying some of the wine produced in the nearby Okanagan Valley, Canada's second largest wine region. The suites are modern in style and the Deluxe Studio Suites are a perfectly comfortable option. They have wither two queensize beds or a kingsize bed and a queen-size sofa bed.
