Family quick trip
We stayed here 2 nights and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially Henry at front desk and Donne at Concierge. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vancouver! It was really convenient to walk to Robson Street and the Waterfront.
Wonderful staff, comfortable clean suites
Lucky us! We booked our stay through Hotwire and got a good deal on this hotel stay and we were fortunate enough to book this hotel for a girls getaway. The hotel was immaculate, and June (not how she spells it, but close enough!) was absolutely spectacular from the moment we checked in and allowing us to check in early as it wasn't busy, to helping us with making arrangements to eat that evening. The beds were comfortable, modern suites, a decent city view, and quiet despite being close to the elevator upon the 19th floor. We couldn't ask for more, and many thanks again to June for being friendly, accommodating, helpful - a real personal touch that is exceptionally rare.
My husband and I recently stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We appreciated the large 1 BR suite, but our favourite part was the staff at the front desk, who were so friendly and welcoming. Allison in particular was so pleasant and gave lots of good, practical advice! Well done, ya'all!
Nice family stay (room 1213)
I brought my two nieces for their birthday. The room was very cute and fit the three of us well. The living room was definitely tighter than I was expecting but for myself and my teenage nieces it was fine. The view from the living room was nice. The street noise is very loud so you can’t have the window open if you’re looking for a quiet breeze. I didn’t mind because I used to live downtown but if you’re looking for quiet I suggest asking for a higher floor. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. The view was of the interior of the buildings so it was dark and sketchy looking as the building across looks half abandoned. They don’t offer in hotel food (most don’t because of COVID) so we ordered Skip. This was the only hotel I’ve stayed at where they don’t bring the food up to your room. You have to wait in the lobby. Not the biggest deal but I found it a bit annoying since I had ordered from a couple different places and they all arrived at different times. The staff was wonderful, I chatted with one of the managers and he suggested great places to eat that I hadn’t even thought of and we chatted about travelling while I waited the 15 minutes in the lobby for our food delivery. Would stay again for sure. Massive bonus that you might not think about, Smart TVs, you can log into your Netflix and Prime. I didn’t even need to bring our Amazon Fire stick.
Great location & amazing staff
Stayed here for a few nights the past couple weeks. The front desk trio (Brad, Ashley, Alison) were all so kind and nice to me. Thanks to them now I know where to go whenever I need to stay in downtown. Also it’s so near to the other business buildings and central station.
