Could not dream of a better vacation. The service, accommodation, and even the weather were 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly and approachable. I hope we will be able to make one more ski trip this season and stay at the same place.

Went for 3 nights with the family the mountain did not disappoint but this hotel really did. Travelling with a 2 year old and 7 yr old, we got up there early they told us we had to wait to check in till 2 pm or pay $50 to check in at 12:22... with a 2 year old we checked in early after they admitted that room was ready and that the hotel was very VACANT. this is also after we upgraded our room for $75 a night to a junior suite... we also asked to be on the lift side of the hotel (pool side) they said NO. 1.)our tub was completely clogged and not draining 2.)room wasnt clean there was food under out night stand when we checked in. 3.)staff at frond desk wasn't rude tried complaining to duty manager about check in process etc they said nothing they could do. Complaining got nothing done... This hotel was so amazing when it was a delta I"m assuming they don't have the same standards as that chain now.
Such a welcome escape from the ordinary. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Got a complimentary upgrade which was deeply appreciated. The heater was very noisy which made it hard to sleep. Amazing views and ambiance!
Best location and comfortable, attractively updated rooms. My suite was not ready at check in time again. Service was slow in Mantles lounge again. The entrees are over priced and disappointing. Staff is always friendly.
Good hotel, great location
We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The A/C makes a lot of noise but I don't have any problem sleeping with the noise. Underground parking was nice. You can ski out to the slopes but have to walk about 100 meters back to the hotel at the end of the day. Hot pools are nice. I also liked the Mantels restaurant). They have a Ski storage room, but there's no token or receipt when you give them your skies (and I saw someone lost their skies).
