Nice small luxury villas
Very good experience at this resort. Small but luxury and not crowded at all (only 22 villas i think). Well mantained villa, although covid situation they still did the best. Had royal villa, have a sea view and very very close to the beach. Many watersport near this hotel, and we can ride jetski alone, my daughter love it ride jetski alone. ( i think this is impossible to do in the tanjung benoa area ) The bad things are 1. They did not have much menus 2. They can not send our food from gojek / grab to our villa. We must picked the food in the lobby. But anything is perfect, and definitely we will come again next time when we can. Highly rated from us.
Awesome resort and service!
The villa is spacious with private pool. Breakfast was awesome, services are the best. They really abide to the health and safety rules for this pandemic situation. Would certainly come back here for our future holiday!

When my husband and I had to travel to Bali unexpectedly, our primary concern was staying safe during Covid-19. After doing a thorough research of resorts, we found The Royal Santrian. Right away from reading their website we started to feel more at ease. It wasn’t until we arrived that we realized it was the best choice. The resort is immaculate and the safety protocols are of the highest level. The attention to detail and friendliness of the staff from the minute we arrived until the day we left exceeded our expectations. We loved having the resort to ourselves! Everyone was very attentive to our every need. Our villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast, Tea hour and dinner were superb every single day. We didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to return once pandemic is finally over. Thank you Royal Santrian!!!!
Have stay two night for week end,such amazing experience. Beautiful pool bar great dining vibe,friendly staff and helpfull. Antentive and great recommendation. Room was quite big,good for small family
Kind staff who value customers safety
This is a first for me - providing a review of a place we haven't actually stayed in yet (but WILL as soon as the COVID-19 bans lift from Singapore & Bali). We booked a villa via Agoda - and were gutted when we saw the news on travel restrictions. With a heavy heart - we emailed the Royal Santrian team (as our Agoda booking didn't allow any cancellations / refunds at that time). They were willing to go above & beyond and allowed us a change-in-date to postpone our trip. They didn't have to - as the agoda restrictions and booking was strict. But the fact that they were flexible to help - the kind and compassionate team really won me over. As the COVID-19 situation has progressed further and agoda sent a note on how they're now allowing refunds for specific cases (like ours) - I submitted a request and it went through. Even then, the Royal Santrian team followed up on email to acknowledge that and to reiterate that our safety came 1st. I'm deeply touched by the responses from Ria Pengan, Reservation Supervisor - and the management team that made this possible. Bali is one of our favourite places to visit (we've been 5 times already) and I will not hesitate to go back to enjoy the Royal Santrian as soon as we can. Thank you! <3
