Beautiful resort with amazing staff
My husband and I stayed here and loved it. The resort is absolutely beautiful and it felt like we were staying in the middle of the jungle. There is two swimming pools with breathtaking views. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.
Will consider to return
Location is away from busy street so it’s peaceful. Massage is quite nice. Staff and driver are courteous and helpful. They even insisted the half-day car rent charge (as our initial plan) even though we returned to hotel in the evening—this is beyond our expectation. Room amenities are wonderful that we even bought home the body lotion. Only one downside that is not in the hotel’s control: there was a hotel development across the hotel at the valley side so we cannot relax by upper side swimming pool as it’s so noisy. One tip: Need more sign to let guests know how to find the swimming pool at the bottom. We couldn’t find it.
Beautiful resort in the lush tropical jungle
My partner and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! Just far enough out of the hectic Ubud area but close to beautiful cafes and convenient stores. The spacious rooms are surrounded by lush jungle and the pool area is stunning! Friendly staff make this a really enjoyable and authentic Balinese experience!
It is a nice clean resort near to Ubud downtown the room is reasonable size with a nice bathroom it is equipped with the essential but no luxury no TV nor mini bar At night every thing is closed even the bar the swimming pool is small we did message and it was good The staff are courteous helpful and friendly Our 4 night stay was good
Fantastic oasis close enough to Ubud center
Really liked this place. Staff was very service minded. Offered cool towels and a welcome drink at arrival. Room was large with balcony and a washroom partly outdoors. Breakfast from menu was tasty and enough. Afternoon tea was also included consist of balinese sweets. Really nice! Hotel area is quite large with several buildings spread out. Some of them seems not to be in use and starting to be taken over by the nature, but all buildings in use where in good shape. Especially the room. They have two pools. One centrally located, one located down by the river. Can be hard to find, but this is a real oasis. We where alone there. On the opposite site of rhe river a huge hotel complex is under construction, this causes some disturbance, but we knew about it in advance and it was not a major problem. Out booking stated free transfer to Ubud center, however this was not available. Not sure if it was due to traffic (which is really terrible here), or changed policy. Anyway the distance is walkable even though first part lacks sidewalk.
