Avoid I emailed Management directly and have had no response I usually like to speak of give direct feedback however I am left with few choices The checking process is poor - long - long - long wait The gentleman that checked us in was very attentive and apologetic - only / staff on duty at that time and the que t o check in was out the door!!! The room was lovely though The 22nd floor where our room was absolutely stunk - really bad - food trolleys outside rooms were there far longer than they should have been There is very poor social distancing practices especially around the pool area This was a bucket list destination that has left me nothing but frustrated and disappointed Ruined my daughters 21st
Amazing pool and great apartments
We had an amazing and relaxing time staying in a two bedroom penthouse apartment using both the pool and the roof top spa each day. The resort is well designed and feels like a tropical oasis. The rooms are great size and well appointed. The restaurant food was nice by the service was a little disorganised. The second bedroom needed a better blind to block the light from the outside hallways. A happy hour at the pool bar would bar beer a plus. Happy to return on the future.
Great Family Hotel
Recently stayed for my 40th birthday, 2 bedroom swim-out room. Great room, fairly clean. We had an unfortunate night with some drunk guests next door, but the hotel staff managed it quickly and effectively. The pool is amazing, and our child had a great time waking up each morning and jumping in the pool. Due to Covid-19 the food was a little limited with strange availability times imposed. There was no mango or strawberries available at the bar for mocktails. And i was unable to get into the Spa, as they are only operating a few days a week (but this was not mentioned) in saying all of that, the staff were great and very helpful.
Amazing Holiday with my 19 Year Old Daughter
Had five amazing days here for my daughter's belated 18th birthday in December. On arriving late was very surprised and thankful that we had been upgraded from a studio room to a two bedroom apartment with our own kitchen, laundry and amazing living areas. We felt spoilt, especialy my 19 year old daughter. All staff in the resort are amazing and can not do enough for you whilst you are there. We didn't have buffet breakfast (due to Covid) but felt special that we could order off the alacarte menu. A treat for my daughter. Room was cleaned every day and can't wait to go back. Pool is amazing and as we didn't have one outside our room, we swam at pool every night as it was so hot. Very quiet and clean resort. Thanks again for the upgrade was very much appreciated.
Out Of Town, Great Pool, Hospitable F & B Staff
Stayed 5 nights with a car. Speedy Checkin, no loyalty recognition for 2 upgrade requests. Nothing just silence. Many empty rooms. Would not recommend studio spa room. Impractical. No privacy it is a wing off a two bedroom apartment that could be converted to a 3 bedroom through the studio. Outdoor area looked straight into the 2 bedroom apartment outdoor area, had to have the blinds down for privacy. Plenty of parking near room. Deck chairs near pool bar full early. Food and beverage staff worked hard, there was a staff shortage in the area. Limited menu, if you wanted a burger, steak or pizza had to town. Food was above average. Accorplus card made it affordable. Would stay closer to town next time. Hotel offered a third party shuttle service to town to late.
