Great location and customer service
Great location and customer. Rachel from Brazil at Reception was so helpful and friendly. Handy location to beach and Hastings Street and set in beautiful rainforest location. Wonderful breakfast and loved the Sangria Sunday’s
Peppers Noosa does not show how truly amazing it is. It is set amongst the rainforest and it so relaxing. Staff were friendly, was very clean and is in the best location. Has everything you need. Highly recommend
Great value for money and opportunity to be surrounded by nature but close to shops/restaurants. All areas of the resort had been well maintained and the bar/restaurant is beautiful. They currently don't offer buffet breaky, rather an alcarte three item choice (two course).
Nice Rooms - Nice Location - Disappointing Dinner and Breakfast
This was our second stay at Peppers. I can not fault the rooms, basically well sized apartments with large balconies, modern and well appointed, beds comfortable, the one we had this time overlooked the rainforest with an abundant amount of bird life. The biggest let down was the quality of the food. Our dinner was barely eatable, the steak was heavily salted and the side salad that I ordered consist of lattice, that’s it, just lattice. The next morning I was eagerly looking forward to breakfast, hoping that the night before was just a one off. Nope, it was worse, for starters I could not get entry into the breakfast area because I hadn’t brought my phone down with me to be able to scan and complete the required covid form. I asked if I could do it manually on paper and was told no. Ok really this was my fault, so I accepted that and went back to my room and returned with a phone. Finally when we were allowed in, I looked down the menu and said to my wife, well there is nothing on the menu that appeals to me except a small amount at the bottom that was at an extra cost. No cereals, mueslis, toast, sausages, shamble eggs etc. So I opted out of breakfast all together and just ordered a coffee. My wife ordered one meal which came at a reasonable pace, however it took around 20 minutes for our coffees to arrive. One sip and realised they were just lukewarm. So gave up and ended up getting a good breakfast elsewhere.
Perfect location, nice staff.
My partner and I booked Peppers Noosa for 4 nights. Upon arrival, check in was quick and easy! We arrived in our room and had a beautiful room looking over the National Park. However, we were disappointed with the room for a few reasons: - Fridge could’ve had a better freezer, not much room in fridge and food wasn’t very cold - There was only one powerpoint in the bedroom on one side of the bed so we had to request an extra power board. - television in bedroom was smaller than my laptop screen! - Lighting in apartment was poor, particularly in bathroom We loved the bed, double shower in the room and they had plenty of kitchen, bathroom and laundry amenities and appliances. The pool was lovely - clean, refreshing and well maintained. Unfortunately, the pool bar wasn’t open, but they were able to bring food to pool if you requested it which was great! Breakfast was interesting... the breakfast menu was limited due to COVID. To replace their normal buffet, they offered a 2-course breakfast (see photo). My partner ordered eggs on toast with alternative sides but they charged us extra for the sides. We felt ripped off and requested a refund on breakfast, which they were able to do. We loved the buggy service, very convenient and easy and ran until 10pm.Happy hour 4:30-6 everyday was a bonus!! Would definitely stay again, but breakfast and rooms need tweaking!
