Brilliant Beach Escape
Making a booking at the height of COVID 19 for a "staycation" for two nights during school holidays in June 2020 we scored a great rate and requested a room with a view and bath. We were super impressed and grateful that Sandy and the reservations team reached out to us to check our arrival time would not be too early so they could try and get us a special room. Wow. We were not disappointed. A 2 b/r apartment that looked directly out to the water on a higher floor was fabulous and very comfortable. We made the most of our time in Noosa with dinners at Bistro C on the beachfront and Sum Yung Guys at Sunshine Beach. We can't wait to go back to Peppers next school holidays. Staff were super friendly and place was spotless.
Whilst the apartment was clean when we arrived, we did not receive any services during our 4 night stay. Not a clean towel, toilet paper... nothing. The breakfast was a set menu that consisted on pre cooked items warmed up on a plate (some items not warmed up). Toast looked like bread and every dish was loaded with unseasoned baby spinach to fill the plate. Coffee is served in paper cups with plastic lids, whilst juice is served in glasses. We were advised that they couldn’t serve coffee in a cup due to company regulations. Electric bike hire arrived late so we couldn’t have them for the designated time frame and one of the bikes didn’t work properly. The tv in the bedroom is approximately the size of a laptop screen so bring your glasses. Whilst coffee and tea is provided, there is no milk, so bring your own if you don’t like it black. Aside from this, the staff were friendly.
An enjoyable stay
Firstly our stay overall was great. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. The pool being heated was a great advantage and the kids enjoyed themselves. The negative is our rooms were serviced at 5-6pm everyday and with kids this isn't the most convenient time. House keeping would miss a lot of things being replaced and often had to be called to ask to replace small things such as milk, coffee etc. In saying this, it was always done readily . The breakfast due to COVID-19 was a set menu and not enjoyable. I think basics such as being able to choose how you like your eggs cooked would be great. We got the most plastic baked eggs on the first day, the pancakes were doughy and felt uncooked. Avoid breakfast and get something at Hastings St instead- not worth the cost. Our room was a two bedroom with the forest outlook. Very well set up with kitchenette and laundry .This is especially ideal with kids. The resort wasn't noisy when we were there however noise does travel easily due to the way the rooms are positioned. We would be back and overall if you get a good rate good try it.
Time away in Noosa
Fantastic Resort to see all that Noosa has to offer. The Resort is maintained to a fantastic level. The restuarant and Staff were fantastic. The accommodation was exceptional. We had a fantastic time, thanks to the Staff
Wonderful Service, Comfortable & SPACIOUS Accommodation helped us enjoy a MOST Relaxing Holiday!!
My wife & I enjoyed a most enjoyable and relaxing seven night stay at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas from June 14-21, and wish we could have stayed there for another week! The team members were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful...nothing (not that we asked for very much) was too much trouble (such as providing some salt and pepper, which we had forgotten to bring with us). Our two bedroom/two bath apartment was quite spacious (bigger than our two bedroom apartment in Brisbane), and well laid out (the two balconies are nice). The apartment was clean when we arrived (was serviced daily), and had all the "mod cons" one could want or need during a holiday. The pool is north facing, so gets sun for most of the day (even in the middle of winter!). The gym is well equipped with cardio and weight machines. My Diamond status with Accor ALL was recognised, with various and assorted welcome amenities being in our apartment when my wife & I entered it for the first time. A golf buggy is available to shuttle guests from Peppers down the hill to Hastings Street, but we only used it a few times, much preferring to enjoy the walk (less than ten minutes) both up and down. My wife & I agree we would stay at Peppers again, and we highly recommend Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas to anyone who wants an enjoyable and relaxing holiday in spacious, modern, and well designed apartments. Thanks to Front Office manager Adam, his team (Kelly, Ben, Josh and Angela) and everyone at Peppers for having made our stay so enjoyable!
