Luxury Escape value package
Our Luxury Escape package for 2 nights with valet parking, Atrium buffet breakfast and a bottle of bubbly was great value. Our room overlooked the pool with view to the stadium, river and city. And it was spacious and clean. Our only complaint would be the housekeeping service which was at 4pm which hindered the use of the room. The Buffet breakfast offered a wide choice suitable to most cultural tastes.
Look for the best deals before you book
cleaning staff very friendly and helpful, room amazing and could not fault. there are much better deals out there so make sure you search for them otherwise you will pay way more than you need to. also, air-conditioning in the foyer area could be much better
Great Family Vacation
Great clean hotel- 5stars. Pool area amazing with pool bar for the whole family. Great location with close proximity to Perth CBD. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your experience memorable. We will be back.
Having Stayed at the Metropol some 23 years ago I was excited about the opportunity to experience the resort as an adult. Apart from a long wait time to check in due to what appeared to be some demanding customers in front of us the stay was great as expected. The room was kitted out in a modern dark décor but was inviting and relaxing at the same time. Plenty of space in the room with a nice size bath. (Baths can always be bigger especially when your 6ft2 human.) We went for the buffet dinner which was what I thought great value for the price. If your looking for something a little more classy then The Rock Pool is the spot, with a Mac & Cheese dish that you wished you had the recipe for. All in all a great place to stay for a couples night away. Would recommend.
Not what it once was!
Had an extremely disappointing stay at crown metropol! The main focus being on the rude and unfriendly staff! The Valet was especially abrupt and unwelcoming! No greeting or smile! Was made to feel like I was a nuisance for paying for their services! Had better service abs approach at McDonald’s from a trainee teenager! Check in was abrasive and long winded! Long lines, room not ready! Spoken down to by a girl half my age! No welcome or smiles! I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt resentful of the thousands spent here for an atmospheric experience of luxury and care! I don’t know what’s happened to Crown but as a frequent guest I won’t be frequenting or recommending this establishment again! Stay at the ritz, so much more welcoming and incredible customer service! Ended up dining at the towers which was much better
