The perfect getaway
Well done Cable Beach Club. Great few days spent there during the Shinju Matsuri Festival. Everything from the restaurant food to the service staff was really good at a time when the hospitality industry is facing its challenges. You can see the effort everyone is putting in from the accommodating housekeeping staff through to the General Manager who was helpful, friendly and very professional. The weather was nothing short of spectacular and the lychee martinis at the pool bar were awesome. We will be back again, and again. Thanks so much for a wonderful break!
This place is outstanding - immaculately maintained both inside and out. I couldn't fault the service or food. Our room was beautiful and well-cleaned each day. There are two pools - one which is adult only (but super busy), so we used the family pool one day and that was just as nice (probably a little more atmosphere to tbh with music and a waterfall). Great access to good restaurants and on the doorstep of the beach. My only feedback is that the price of drinks around the pool was super expensive - at $12 for a bottom-shelf vodka and lemonade and $12 for a small glass of beer, you were better off paying for an $18 cocktail.
Wonderful Family Holiday
Just had five great nights at Cable Beach and the Resort is in great shape. We dined at all Restaurants and we could not fault the service or food. Overall service was first class with a special thank you to Chris Bull and the Rooms/Reception team for making our stay, which was a party of ten, very special and memorable.
Perfect, perfect, perfect
Beautiful resort, gorgeous views across a white sandy beach to a clear blue ocean, and most of all, resort staff who are professional and attentive. We have travelled to many 5 star resorts around the world and Cable Beach Club Resort is as good as any we've been to, right here in Western Australia. We didn't think we'd be able to have that remote resort feeling for a while because of travel restrictions, but staying here was like being at one of the world's luxury beach resorts. A big thanks to Stuart and his obviously well-trained team for making our holiday so perfect.
We were refused a table at sunset as we weren’t guests of the hotel, fair enough although there were plenty of empty tables. Another night we arrived after sunset and asked if they could seat us but they said we would have to wait until 8.30...again plenty of empty tables. Appreciate they give priority to guests but found front desk staff a little snooty when we said we weren’t guests. When we did get our table at 8 pm it was a lovely table outside at the front of the restaurant, service was good but menu very limited and very overpriced for what it was . You are definitely just paying for the location, wouldn’t rush to go back.
